Higher ilvl = easier content = feeling of progression.
The whole point of mmorpgs is to feel stronger and stronger. Sure it’s not needed to be ilvl 400 in a +10, but it absolutely makes you realize you’ve made progress and that content is now far easier like that.
Solution: Make your own groups.
You either confuse cr with xp or you had only 2k+ groups. This is the equivalent if you want to jump half naked into +15 group. This is not the case in my scenario.
And for a low rated rbg group NOBODY would ask for someone with 2k+ CR because it simply handicaps yourself. You have no advantage for having someone with high CR in a low CR group. Everyone knows it. A low CR group will take a high CR guy, even tho I often got declined because people know it handicaps them but nobody will ever ask you to have high CR in a low CR group. You are either confusing here something or simply lying for no reason.
This is absolutely another story. PvE gear is simply worse in PvP. The same will happen to you in PvE. In SL S1 I got declined in PvE for simply having PvP gear. But that’s because people lacking XP. I could easily heal a +16 while the stats were even BIS for raids, were I pulled 90+ logs.
As I said, you compare apples to bananas.
Yes, it doesn’t matter what I think in his group. It doesn’t change the fact his requirement is stupid. You can also smash your face against a door in order to open it. It might even work, it’s still stupid.
This “solution” doesn’t work when you need a specific dungeon.

If you had played in Legion you’d also know that ilvl was king in PvP. The systems do change constantly from expansion to expansion. I’ve been playing a long time (since TBC), we’ve seen lots of change in most areas of the game over the years.
I do understand that keyholders are going to choose the best possible chance of succeeding at their key, they are the ones that get penalised if the key fails or the group falls apart.
People also have different motivations for doing keys. If you invite people who after score, they are going to have zero motivation to stay after it’s obvious the timer can’t be met. It’s so much easier to do them with friends or a community.

And you can’t argue this because it simply is. People (including myself) did dungeons twice as hard and on a way higher level with less gear. Due to this fact it’s stupid, it’s that simple.

Then you need to adjust your goals. This is a group based game not a solo adventure. Can’t all be to your preference.
Swearing is against the forum rules, even if you mask it as it’s just circumventing the filter, so just edit those out and everything is fine. There is no need to lose your temper over this.
I don’t know why it’s such a big deal to you that all areas of the game have this issue. That demands are made far higher than necessary. The reason is the same across the board, they want as smooth a run as possible and as the organisers listing their M+/RBG/Arena/Raid etc that is their prerogative. Some things are less punishing than others when you get leavers.
If you are genuinely struggling to find people to play with then please join a community but they require you to be pleasant to others and not lose your temper. That kind of thing is not tolerated.

I agree but there is a little bit higher and then there is plain delusional. That’s the difference and the issue and you don’t see this in PvP. I mean you can’t even have it right in PvP with the current system. You just wanted to trash on the PvP community because I did on PvE. We were already overgearing the dungeon with ~370… asking for more does not make it smooth, it’s… I don’t even have words for this.
You missed the point. I am calling out on a situation which affects everyone. If everyone joins a community, the rest, especially newer players will be confused why the LFG is dead.
It does not really affect me, since I can wait for friends, at least for now, as long as they are still playing. But I did my job, I educated the guy by explaining it to him in game and by showcasing it to him in the run. Now I do my part here. There is gonna be the one or another donkey who reads this and feels caught.

I do not ask it I am free of stupid pve man baby, I enjoy the game as I want in NORMALS dungeon, I get in group every time, success every time, it is fun I love it. I recomendate if you want enjoy your game, quit the one where a gatekeeper loser demands of you a score or a metric to even get a chance at joining. Instead, play the queue content where everyone gets to enjoy have fun no problem of group forming.

and play with free account… lock exp at lvl 10 and hf with timewalking… you have superior dps/heal/tank or what ever… and can even enjoin old quests (not all)
