It’s almost as though people are sick to death of Blizzard repeatedly causing the Horde to implode on themself after designating them as a filler-villain between world ending threats…

Are you really a filler if you’re the villain more often than the Legion/Old gods?

The 8.1.5 war campaign seemed to indicate that the next reveal for the Sylvanas-Ashvane stuff (such as it is…) is Alliance side only? Kinda sucks.

I think all we had was the Alliance finding out Ashvane escaped and now has the Horde as a patron.

Which is new info, since we didn’t know what she had to offer the Horde before now.

And if you’re an exclusive Horde player who doesn’t read wowhead, you still won’t know it in 8.1.5

8.1. We’re not at 8.1.5 yet, that’s due (probably) early March, when Zandas+KT get released.

Of course if I had my way the stupid conversation that Sylv and Ashvane had wouldn’t be kept secret. Hell, they could’ve had ~choice~ where you decide to hang with Rexxar or hang with Sylv on the boat after the quest.

The bit where you follow Baine, and the other choices just being a small dialogue makes me think its a bandaid to get people to stop complaining about having to side against Sylvanas.

That’s my expectation, so I’ll continue to side with her partially out of spite. Ride the train for as long as I can before it derails entirely.

Blizz shouldnt have gotten peoples hopes up that Sylvanas wasnt gonna get the chop, and made the siding with Saurfang mandatory. Woulda avoided much toxicity.

Yeah but then they couldn’t play the “just wait and see!!!” card with the story to drag out people’s subs.

Going by how people seem almost desperate to get as much Sylvanas-supporter RP done as quickly as possible, I dont think that’s worked.
