I like her implied fate in the “A thousand years war” story. That she eventually commits suicide before falling to the void.

It’s not exactly 8.2 stuff, but since it leads into 8.2 I thought it best to post here. Blizzard are REALLY trying hard to push “Sylvanas bad/corrupted” with this new quest.

PTR is updating at the moment so I’m thinking we’re getting some new stuff to discuss today.
I expect this quest won’t be available to anti-Sylvanas players (those who chose the right options), much like you can’t tell Baine’s plan to Nathanos if you sided with Saurfang in the first place.
Otherwise, it would be really silly and you would have to ask again who the Horde player is meant to be. A mind-controlled dimwit it looks like.

Considering both the Alliance and Horde player willingly helped Xal’atath (against their better judgement) and later got betrayed + “gifted” by N’zoth, I’m pretty sure we’re already dimwits.

It’s only fair we lended her a hand in turn.
Sounds like the PTR’s gonna be ready to play in a couple of hours or so, the download now is just to make sure people can hop in as soon as it goes live.

Sure am glad me telling Saurfang and Baine to bugger off in the earlier quests comes back and…changes absolutely nothing and I’m still roped into saving Baine while working alongside the Alliance.
