What about the people who pay for their gametime with gold? for them it’s only two so that makes it non greedy for some players?
I mean it’s obvious, because they’re unique models in the game. It doesn’t distract from the fact that these mounts which are in the store could have been built in better in the game.
The transmog set could have been a special set from completing a special ardenweald achievement. Instead it’s for 20€ in the store for no reason other than blizzard wanting your money for an already expensive game.
By buying the tokens you are still effectively giving blizzard money just that not you are the one who paid it.
It all comes down the same path, this is not a reasonable counter argument why the store mounts couldn’t be implemented in the game.
Why wasn’t the heart of azeroth mount not the mount for the glory of the dragon soul achievement? Why did you had to do the fourth recolour of a dragon which you already could get in the raid and lock a unique special mount behind the cashshop? Back then tokens didn’t even exist so it was either buy it or gtfo.
I want to remind you again that we’re already paying 13 Euros a month + 40-60 euros every 2 years for this game.
Not really, because it’s still a third revenue stream when the person who bought the token initially bought it for real money.

Greedy would be Blizzard forcing you to use the store!! As it is it is an option for players to gain items that otherwise would be lost for them totally if they didn’t wish to commit to a 6 month sub!!
Greedy would be saying 'Nope not having these wings unless you submit to paying 6 months.
If they would force people to use the store there wouldn’t be any players left.
This game compared to most other games especially popular games on the market is among the most expensive ones
I personally don’t care about the sub or buying the xpac every 2 years.
Just seeing work for mounts done behind a store is kinda sad considering all the other facts.

Activision-Blizzard have lost thousands on character boosts now as they are practically obsolete now with the new levelling.
The overlords need to make the money back somehow. What even stings more is when you get ganked by a rogue atm they put this transmog on to rub salt in the wound 
The set most likely would have been this years blizzcon ticket extra, so instead of completely scrapping the set until next year you can buy it for 400k gold which honestly, is really easy to make.
And that holds true until Shadowlands comes out since some of the store mounts get recolors in Shadowlands like the Vulpine Familiar

And by buying tokens I’m not giving blizzard a single cent, someone else is. I don’t lose a single cent by buying a token but I do get money to spend on stuff I wouldn’t buy otherwise cause I can make gold really easy.
And that’s bad? There are other hobbies that’ll cost you way more in the same time frame. Heck even just going out for dinner for 1 night will set you back more then 2 months sub so that’s a pretty bad argument seeing as you have the option to spend 720 hours ingame for 13 euros
They are “incentivizing” people into getting on the 6 month sub though, if Blizz were the nice and friendly “it’s free guys” company you all insist they are they would offer it for any 6 month consecutive sub.
I bought overwatch for 20 euros and after that it’s free to play. You can buy lootboxes but you can also farm them by playing regulary by playing. No content is cut for real money

I am on a 6 month subscription anyway, regardless of mounts or transmogs.
Anyway, technically it can be earned in game, for a gold cost since you can buy tokens for gold and get bliz wallet currency ^^

Well no it isn’t expensive, I had a round of drinks last night, lasted me 30 mins, cost me approx £15!
The option of having a months entertainment for £9.99 is not expensive in anyway. Wonder, do you have Netflix, or Amazon Prime etc?
