Stuck on quest “Recap: Shadowy Pursuits” from The War Within catch up campaign quest "The edicts"

Quest say “Report to Merrix and Adelgonn” but i cant do anything, If i click on Merrix nothing happens. Is anyone stuck like me and found a solution?

Stuck on War Within catch up campaign, on the quest “Recap: Shadowy Pursuits”. I went inside Dornogal but the NPC was not there. I abandoned the quest but nothing happened. Tome can’t help me. In those threads some people have found things that worled for them, but not necessarily for others.

Depending on your exact state, I suppose you could try them.
