Subscription renewed but still showing as expired

Any ETA or we expected to keep checking all day and waste our time doing so?

Got the same issue, I was free from work and thought to play wow again after a year. Now Iā€™m stuck with this issueā€¦ payment status ā€œcompleteā€ ==> battle.net app : subscription expired. Please fix this asap or give me my money back so I can remember to never come back lol ā€¦

I just donā€™t understand how an issue this big hasnā€™t been resolved yet. Iā€™m assuming we should get some sort of compensation for this but I doubt it considering Blizzards track record.

Not only this, then they expect us to stay logging in logging out all day to see when it finally works instead of giving us a time-frame

You donā€™t need to report it - they know about it and are working on it. See the Blizzard post further up the thread.

It was just a thought. But they now know about it and are working on it so donā€™t worry about the ticket.

Nice that you work on it, but no body will give me my 15+ chest for it and wont heard about i have whole week for it. If you buy food in shop you can eat it at same day not next weekā€¦

I had this 2 days ago when I renewed. For about 2hrs after renewing it still swore I was on a trial account. But knowing that while its normally instant, it can take up to 24hrs to fully process, I didnā€™t think anything of it. Then it just rectified itself.

I just hope Blizzard do the right thing, and award gametime to cover the lost gametime when you all couldnā€™t play.

The game time has been purchased. It has been activated, but the Battle.net desktop application still says subscription expired. This is the first time I have such a problem. Iā€™m so confused and offended :frowning:

We all are :frowning: We just want an normal update from them. As technical issues can happen, but please keep us informed.

It can take 24H but if the transfer is failed or in process. I have completed transfer as a many other players on this topic and nothing happening and we are losing game timeā€¦ I understand when some company has problem but there is nothing what can explain the problem from blizz

You donā€™t NEED them to explain the problem, and in fact, them explaining the problem would probably be revealing commercially sensitive information about how their payment processing systems works. Nor are you entitled to such an explanation.

What you need is for them to FIX it.

Same happening to me. I subscribed to play with some friends today, but it seems that Iā€™m going to go back to Guild Wars 2 xD. If you havenā€™t tried it yet itā€™s free and beautiful.

i have chatted with a GM and he says its a problem they know about, there engineers are looking into the problem and he asked to have a bit more patience.

Ah, so thatā€™s whatā€™s happening. Just started playing again on a new account and my account said I had an active subscription but I canā€™t go past level 20. At least I know itā€™s not on my end, hopefully itā€™ll be fixed soon.
