When you’re saying a fellow player should be denied an item to be restored because of lots of people waiting for GM tickets and whatnot, expect to be challenged.
If I read correctly above, this item can be obtained again so this case can be closed.
However this thread does show how quick people are to flame and bash and how little they do to help.
Being rude is easy and cheap imo. Don’t be cheap.
Be luxurious. Be radiant. insert L’Oreal screen cut. Because you’re worth it.
No, I am saying it’s the policy of Blizzard not to return items that are not in the list

If you can move this post to the top so eveyone can see it you better.
I have been told by blue, that you do give up the trinket for the exp. The quest ends there. There is no more to it. The text reads as thou it goes further on but it does not and there is no more supportive content to the quest.
I’ll honestly say, the GM I spoke with seems as upset as I was about it, and made it very clear that the quest ended there.
If you like the trinket, keep it. I wish I had, but if you want the exp fine, it’s a poor trade if you ask me. There outa be a nice weapon, gold or something for all that you go thru to get the trinket.
Sadly, this item can’t be obtained again. It is only one time quest drop from last boss. It won’t drop again if one finished that quest. Only clueless people saying it is still obtainable.
I know someone very close to me who has had certain forms of OCD. Maybe this is the start for you to get over your issue. OCD needs to be challenged face on. See this as a positive
