But does it make you getting your corruption faster with a reset of the currency?
It puts people on a level playing field which id assume is all that people want.
I have told multiple times it is not. Then we need to reset coal amounts, remove corruption from everyone, and make a new currency.
All i care is myself. And i am not going to shout the “fair”-argument when it is just 1 and a half week of currency. I get myself close to 10k on day 2 i think, coming from 0.
The real trouble is the 7 week vendor rotation. I dont care about getting 2 weeks later the corruption i want. i do care about 7 weeks.
Why do you call someone who has 30k echoes at the moment lazy? Why exactly is he lazy?

Well there is also a possible scenario that when the vendor becomes available, people with their echo hoard wont be able to buy their bis corruptions due to bad rng anyway. Not being available right away and needing to wait for the next rotation. So people who doesn’t have echoes goes grinding, people who have some…just either also goes grinding or waits until their gushing wounds or what ever becomes available. 
Love the change, But I cant help but wonder if there’s any real point to the corruptions changing twice a week when they could just all be available. We aren’t going to buy a different corruption just because the one we want isn’t there right now, we’re just going to wait til its up which is just frustrating.

so say severe is 3rd week in.
i have 2 weeks + the week its on of grinding to get it . I might be able to get one or two of them. The people who have sat on them will be able to get 4 or 5.
Remember this currency was a catchup mechanic for alts. people have not physically been able to gain them (due to how it was implemented). It wasn’t implemented as a ‘everyone is eligible and they might be useful in the future’ it was implemented as ‘collect these on alts doing this content as a way of skipping the grind needed for essences’
Guys, are you not tired of them releasing stupid systems and then at the end of the expansion patch it up with the same style of currency/vendor?
We suffer over a bad implemented/executed system/systems 90% of the expansion’s lifetime and at the end they throw the same dirty old bone to us…
I feel misstreated as a customer, though there are few of us who think like that and we cant change anything…

Social ties can be a mixed bag kind of thing. game itself feels like a carcass, but people make it a bit fun. In my case its the mythic raids we do with very casual schedule and easy going team that keep me logging on - not because the super fun and exciting content of 8.2 or 8.3.

Since when does Blizzard let players dictate what should and shouldn’t be in the game?

they’re used for essences, and many characters (mostly mains) have done plenty of content that should have awarded them, but did not recive any as they already had the rank 3 essences, while others are sitting on thousands of them for doing less content.
shouldn’t it be a new currency, or at least a currency that was not arbitrarily locked for certain characters?

It isn’t lazy so much as that many people have been doing the same content and already had all essences, and on a whim they decide to change the currency months down the line for another system.
and I kind of understand frustration it causes but at the same time I get frustrated when people throw insults that have no basis.
