I forgot to mention earlier:
I really hated in WotLK that you are forced to create lvl 55 Death Knight and can not start at level 1!

5 Multiboxing DKās with 5 legendary axes.
Yes i remember you -.-
Pally in Horde, shams in Alliance
The one thing I donāt agree with is the slow removal of the hybrid tax. If you want to be a jack of all trades there is a price to pay. A pure dps is stuck and canāt just hop to a new role.
Another thing is forcing people into arena for gear. Not the idea of arena itself but the manipulation and cheating that top level teams did to get mounts and so on.
TBC I have no issues with in general. Flaying took away from world pvp to be sure but it stopped massive camping.
Now Wrathā¦ DKās that class was broken especially at the start.
But whatever you say about TBC and Wrath they where not glorified mobile games (retail Iām talking about that joke of a game called retail).
The raids in WotLK were some of the worst. We got a copy and pasted Naxx and Ony, 3 1 room dragon fights, TotC, another 1 room fighting thing with limited attempts, ICC, which was ok but was again sectioned off so had to wait for parts to open up and had limited attempts again iirc. The only raid that was amazing was Ulduar with optional bosses and optional hardmodes.
Da fuā¦ How idid THAT happen. No wait I do NOT want to know.
No focus target (if it was not there)
No barber shop
No dual specialisation
No achivements in TBC
The stories compared to today was not very impressive
Hated the undead theme in WotlK
I disagree, it was the flying and the day they removed hard group quests outside the instances that we had to work as a team with. No need to talk to eachother and just fly to the instance.
LFG such as the mythic+ is great today.
LFR have both a lot of good and bad sides
What stories are impressive today? Characters have laughable plot armor, they act out of character, the majority of the storylines make no sence and major lore characters are wasted.
There is nothing to hate about wotlk.
People hate dual talents? lol.
But why exactly? xD. (I can actually play more than 1 spec, so I donāt have to constantly respec for PvP and then PvE again for raids.
Because the current classic meta āLFM Strat living, orbs reservedā āLFM Scholo, x reservedā and waiting 60+ minutes to find people is so good, right? xD.
Anyway, things I probably hated about wotlk was probably the āLink achievement for inviteā, similar to how retail is.
You need achievement for raid, but you need raid for achievement xD.
I absolutelly love the Classic grouping and talent system, but given I am working man having a family now, I would actually prefer playing WOTLK right now as it is simply much easier to find a groupā¦
You knowā¦ when I only have 30 minutes to play, I could just log in, change the spec to healer/tank, get the insta dung invite and be done with it.
Not saying itĀ“s better, but I canĀ“t say I hate these two features for this very reasonā¦
The only things I really hate are flying and resilience. Flying allowed skipping most part of quests and wPVP and resilience started the endless PVP fights.
No, it worked as it did in vanilla. I still remember the mace stun warrior + resto shammy setups.
AHAHAHAAHHAHA
link me your lod/halion 25 hc - Bane
Alone in the darkness
Herald of the titan
A tribute to insanity achievements
PVE content is far more difficult than afking/facerolling in classic
What?
Windfury Totem is one of the best if not THE best raid buff a melee could have.
There is a reason DK tanks would spec into improved icy talons because haste is one of the best secondary stat one could want.
Whatās wrong with Holycow? He was my old, long since deleted Tauren Paladin
Flying, LFD, how they implemented Deathknights, Heroic difficulty.
Most of the stuff I hate started with later expansions.
Tbc . Flying
Totlk . Death knights
Hate is such a strong word. Both games were nice. What I disliked or liked at first and then realized how bad it was:
TBC: flying, resilience, Blades Edge Mountans, simplistic dungeon design (Karazhan being the exception, one of the best raids ever made, if not the best one)
WTLK: Dungeon Finder, DKs, heroics no longer heroic, simplistic dungeon and raid design (Ulduar being the exception one of the best raids ever made, if not the best one)
Features I hate in TBC:
Features I hate in Wotlk:
Theyāre both wotlk
Got changed in wotlk, not tbc
Happened in wotlk, not tbc
He says, playing classic
You mean how they added a bunch of things like for example hot streak for mages, so your single target rotation doesnāt consist of just 1 button?
Was added in tbc
Both added in wotlk
As opposed to afking in AV for a couple of days to get bis pieces, or just buying your bis piece for the rest of the game for like 800g?
Not a thing until cataclysm
Most of them didnāt play BC/wotlk XD.
