Just wanted to say that i hate mages, they are disbalanced in pvp and pve.
Literally frost nova and frost bolt best way to win: I charge they tp, i intercept they do some weird things and i attack 1hit/5sec, i cant move, im angry, im more angery and im dissapointed.
Fix them, it no fun
That they are but there isn’t much point in complaining about it since nothing will change.
Remember, this is what everyone wanted.

Mages are warriors counter. Nothing new there. Try using Free Action Potions and force the mage too blink before you intercept. Bandage while mage is iceblocked. Try to force the mage into a nova that you dodge. Be a gnome. Many ways for warrior too beat a bad mage. But know this, Equally good Mage vs Warrior, the mage will win 100%, just because we are your counter.
Yeah I love playing my warrior and hate having to fight mages and lose most times or have to spend gold to keep a fap stock in my bags. However I accept this is a rock paper scissors game and mages also have their counters. The sooner you accept that the happier you’ll be. What bothers me most about mages isn’t even the fact they counter warriors but simply how broken poly is against any class.

You can beat every other class except good druids and holy palas imo. Warlock counters mage, good hunters and palas too and shadow priests.
I understand this, and this is a good thing that every class has his own counter and evrything, but they are still too op. They are op in pve, they are very powerfull against many melee classes and they are also mega op in group pvp.
Its just impossible to kill a good mage on warrior or rogue, doesnt matter how hard i try.
I also advise getting engineering.

Hunters, warlocks, spriests all dominate mages
A mage is the counter to literally everything a problem that was never solved before far far into retail.
Mages have way too much control over a battlefield and damage output on top of that.

Drinking a FAP before you charge a mage is your best bet, having engineering also helps. However if the mage is specced frost with coldsnap up and plays perfectly, you won’t beat him even with a FAP.
And I wish I could kill hunters. But the game is what it is.

Warlocks and Shadow Priests are Mage counter for sure. Warrior is the only class, that can’t beat a Mage.
Also, Warrior is not a counter class to anyone. Maybe against Enhancement Shaman. But you scale exceptionally with gear, and if one is skilled, he/she has a good chances against all other classes. Also, with a healer/dispeller, you are the best class by far.
Be patient, and know your class limits.
Warrior, as the class name suggests, is the best class for organized pvp like battlegrounds etc where you got some teammates support.
