The WoW team kept their promises

Activision Blizzard generated $577 million in operating cash flow for the quarter as compared with $642 million for the first quarter of 2022.

Good point , but why is Overwatch PvE canceled and reduced to a side thing ?

They didn’t keep their promise relating to making world content better, more interesting, worthwhile, etc.

And to me personally that’s the big one. Ion lied.

Well that is called personal preferences . I am not saying your wrong for not liking it , but one can’t make everyone happy when it comes to such things .

No; Ion said that they’ve been underserving that part of the playerbase.
But they keep on doing it anyway. Because those players are treated as lesser players by them. THAT is not an opinion. That is sadly a fact. It might not be what they ‘really’ think of those people; but it IS how they treat them. Fact.

So, if linking park said that they will make more good music for more people and someone still doesn’t like it, is linkin parks fault for that person not liking it or is it that the music doesn’t fit the persons tastes?
Because I personally don’t linkin park , but a lot of people do .

You’re not reading what I’m saying, or you just don’t get it.
I’m too tired to get into a debate about this.

there are skill trees there now ?

genuine question as i 100 % ignored this system once i noticed how convoluted and bad it is .

like how can anyone thing that was a good idea is crazy indeed

You have to collect knowledge points for a profession tree in order to craft high quality items and learn exclusive recipes, yes… Not sure about the exact overall knowledge points but I guess it’s somewhere around 500.

What about everything the WoW-team refuse to promise? You guys really are a bunch of shills.

So, because they didn’t promise something ,their bad? This is like saying that a team that didn’t want to enter a competition lost the competition because they didn’t enter the competition.

No, a better analogy is: Blizzard owns and runs an amusement park which they promises and delivers expansions to the park three times a year or so. So far so fine.

However… old features get neglected and run down, and eventually breaks down completely. Sometimes Blizzard cares to fix the fundamentally broken features with duct tape when they becomes inaccessible, but everything else in disrepair remains in disrepair.
This is where the lack of promises comes in.

yes they are trying their best atm but i think the problem was about the promises, they couldn’t read what playerbase actually wanted on some aspects . even tho people find df perfect i think it’s far from being perfect and it shows that these promises mostly aimed at those people and not me

Me : Is it awesome that the WoW team isn’t making false statements and actually sticking to their promises?

You: No, because Blizzard didn’t do as I wanted.

Me: Did you write a list like a certain handsome and scholarly elf?

You: No, because Blizzard should hire people that can read minds and predict the future.
And Bobby should sell his yachts and jets to pay for a WoW expansion that is ?Elden Ring? ?Witcher 3? ( Name the top most publicly accepted games right now) in a blender and it should be on unreal engine 5, and Ashes of Creation.
( Yes, l wanted to make that joke for a long time. How did you know?)
Me: No unrealistic expectations here.

Lots of people are stupid

We do indeed…

Fortunately it only gets you so far due to the changes to the profession systems and the lack of legendaries and the like.

I think the OP is right. Blizzard are doing a very good job keeping me entertained this expansion. It feels like there’s so much to do yet so little I must do that I am mainly worried not that I must do it and get stressed, but rather that I might not do it s as much as I wanted to before Blizzard adds even more. It’s like being at a buffet in a super dynamic and innovative restaurant instead of doing chores. This is a very good sign. Very, very good sign.

We are having some issues with the vertical structure of the game being too vertical though - I would like too have more options and with the amount of stuff here I certainly could have, but that can be fixed as well. We are absolutely on the right path.

I managed to craft 2x 418 items got 2400 M+ score and a total ilevel enough so i could jump straight into the +18’s and +19’s in the LFG

This was all last season ofc.

But i think that stuff is “Enough” for the content i personally enjoy, so it does get me far enough.

Me: Yes, wishes and bug reports have been posted repeatedly by me and many others, just to be promptly ignored by Blizzard.

You: Do Blizzard’s promises shares some of the words and letters used by you and others in your posts?

Me: Yes, but what do that have to do with anything?

You: …

Me: Blizzard operates like a broken clock - it shows the correct time twice a day. Throw enough wishes on the wall, and some might end up being similar to a promise solely by coincidence.
