Third time unjustly banned (past ones got lifted). Support refusing to let me escalate properly

Distance is immaterial, you were could gaming as you were playing on a machine you weren’t at, via a program that transfers keypresses from one machine to another.

Blizzard only need a reasonable suspicion to ban an account.

Maybe I need to learn english better, you might not be comprehending what I say

Gms confirmed that my ban has nothing to do with cloud gaming.

On top of that, you have to re-check what cloud gaming is because if it was as you say, multiboxing would be limited to one machine all the time since, if you need more than one machine, independently from the program you use, you would be " cloud gaming ".
No. It doesn’t work like that. People have been multiboxing across 5+ machines for years and never got a problem with that. You might want to find on twitch " Ridosaw " and " Narcolecticplayer ", both multibox across 5 machines.

Please note we cannot discuss bans on the forums nor can we escalate or review them. The only way to do this would be via ingame tickets and after checking things over, it seems you have already had your case escalated for review several times.

I would recommend avoiding to make more tickets as doing so will not change the outcome of the multiple escalations and reviews that have taken place from multiple departments.

It got escalated one time, in which I gave infos not relevant to the kind of ban I received ( thought the ban was again for RMT while it was for botting ) and now the team is refusing to escalate it again.

The team is also telling me that they CAN’T escalate it again, and when I link them the ticket of a previous ban which got indeed escalated two times, they instantly close the conversation.

This is the ticket: Ticket 70673694 -> Second appeal of ban#1. Unbanned.

PS: Should a player read the conversation here and think that I am lying on the quantity of times that my ticket has been escalated, because the GM just said otherwise, I can give screenshots of all the tickets that I have opened till now.

I have no idea why it has just been said that my case got esclated multiple times. Because it absolutely isn’t true. The topic is exactly about the team REFUSING to do so.

They would have looked into your ban, no matter what you thought the reason for the ban was.

I have seen people they have opened 4 or 5 tickets about their ban and on the last attempt get unbanned.

Yup! There are several cases of people getting unbanned after ten tickets or so. That’s also why I am keep trying.

You can keep trying, right up to the point they turn off your ticket making privileges.

Blizzard think they have proof you botted, although they never say that, they say you used 3rd party software, which can be anything.

Hey OP,
Just wanted to wish you good luck. I hope you get them to listen to you. I’ve been unjustly banned as well a while ago and keep hitting a brick wall with support team (luckily was only for 3 days and for a different reason, but still ticks off my sense of justice, since I didn’t do anything wrong. This was my forum post: The level of support lately).

Same issue as you are having, chats being closed, not being listened to, tickets being closed with nothing more than a “we won’t look into this further” or “we can’t and won’t give you more information”, gm’s claiming the issue has been looked into several times (when in reality it was only looked into once and they made a mistake).

To me they said it was impossible to escalate tickets to higher up, or to make a complaint to higher up. So I’m a bit curious how you managed to get something escalated in your first two bans.

Either way, I really feel for you. Me it left completely disheartened and after years of playing wow i’m now actually wondering if I should even renew my subscription for shadowlands (i cancelled it during my support frustration).
