The personal lives of anyone on this forum is none of your God damn business. It’s as simple as that. No one here needs to justify who they are in life in order to be able to express their opinions on these forums with the same validity and credibility as everyone else.
You just have to accept that.
Slandering people’s reputation and personality because you don’t agree with their opinions about a video game constitutes ongoing harassment per the Forum Code of Conduct. And I will damn well laser focus my reports on you if you commit to that kind of behavior.
I don’t give a hoot about anyone in particular on this forum, but I do care a little bit about the sad remains of Blizzard’s MVP program, and I will take you to task over it if you continue to spread falsehoods about it.
So I’ll repeat it so you can’t claim ignorance:
MVPs don’t get paid by Blizzard.
MVPs aren’t required to express a specific opinion.
MVPs are free to post as they please, where they please, and to whom they please.
It’s anyone prerogative to choose to share as little or as much about their lives with others on this forum, as it’s anyone’s prerogative to choose not to.
I can choose to tell you that I don’t work on Mondays, and I can choose to not tell you why. And you just have to deal with that. It’s none of your business to pry into my life, and it’s none of your business to pry into the lives of others here. And most certainly not to insinuate anything about their positing behavior or opinions.
I’ll make it short for you:
Don’t speak of the MVP program when you know nothing of it. You only showcase your own stupidity.
If you would like to know about the MVP program, then you can simply ask and I will tell you. But to then reject the knowledge you’re being given is twice the stupidity. Don’t double down on stupid.
If you don’t care for other posters or their opinions, then rather than harassing them and spreading conspiracies about them, simply ignore them and engage with posters you do care about.
And if you are going to defend your position on anything on this forum, at least choose to argue the positions you hold that are solid. The display you’re putting on here is shameful. Remember, other people read the crap you’re posting right now.
she is very mad at me for no reason .
im really in awe how she doesnt understand i dont read her pdfs.
here she gave me 5089 more words again.
let her talk to tah or someone .
You made a crap post yourself Gabriela, and would be wise not to do so in the future, given that you are now so concerned with staying focused on the subject.
If you’re going to preach, then preach by example.
I’m mad at you because you spread falsehoods about the MVP program and used those falsehoods to fuel your own conspiracy about another poster and their written opinions.
what you said about mvps is ridiculous.
aren’t mvps the ones who come out and defend every criticism about the game.
no they don’t get paid,
no they don’t have any benefits…
what do i care!!!
Learn to write properly. You already exhibit poor intelligence from the position of your stupid nonsensical positing, doubling down on that idiotic persona of yours because you also can’t write properly is hardly beneficial to your image.
What would you know?! What would you know about the reality of posting as an MVP when you have never been one and you refuse the information given to you by one who has been?
Like I said, you behave like an ostrich with its head buried in the sand.
I don’t give a hoot about Punyelf’s opinions and often find myself disagreeing with her.
But there’s a difference between disagreeing with someone because you simply have a difference of opinions, and then – as you – to insinuate that the other poster’s opinion is disingenuous. That’s incredibly disrespectful and outright despicable. If you can’t tolerate the genuine opinions of others, then you have a serious problem as a person – even beyond these forums. If I were you I would reflect on why I feel the need to make up falsehoods about other people in order to discredit the validity of their opinions. That seems to me like a genuinely vile human trait you’re fostering in yourself. Reflect on that.
That’s not how this is going to work.
I will trash you on this until you scour away in hiding, and like I said, if I hear a peep from you on this again, I will trash you once more.
That’s how this is going to work. You can either choose to take that verbal fight with me again and again, like you’re poorly attempting to now, or you can piss off and drop this kind of behavior for the future.
Personally? I love to hold grudges and verbally destroy people on the forum whom I think deserves it, so don’t threaten me with a good time.
I was an MVP and had lots of criticism about Blizzard and World of Warcraft.
Every MVP is a player like any other, and no one who plays WoW is going to 100% love everything about the game. But what is likely, is that people who are MVPs are for the most part very positive about the game – why else would they play it for so long, post so much about it, and become MVPs if it wasn’t because they were favorably inclined about the game?
But being favorable about the game and overwhelmingly posting consistently positive opinions about it, isn’t the same as defending every point of criticism about the game. That’s ridiculous to insinuate, and it’s also not a claim that holds up to scrutiny.
You invited this discussion when you insinuated the MVP was a Blizzard employee.
You can’t come now, after the fact, crying about the consequences of your own actions.
Learn from this.
babadonda already gave you the best logic and reasoning about her and your opinion.
the problem is that you are angry and cant think about what he said or
you just dont want to accept the facts
I have witnessed the core values of the game being slowly eroded to the point I have given up hoping it’ll get back on track. Started when we lost the original talent trees and unique character builds. I had spent an age crafting my specialist gear and training all those skills just to see the creators wipe them from the game as an inconvenience. Yet nothing has ever been put back to make the game as worthwhile and fun to play.
The final nails in the coffin even before the apparent abandoning of faction wars was the destruction of core values of scaling and zonal progression and then in a quite sad twist to introduce a two level flight mech that pretty much made the ground terrain useless. No more purpose to finding your way round. They even auto activated all the flight paths so as a leveling char you can already fly anywhere you want.
Personally I put my sad view of the game down to age and that new designers want a different game and players like me should have long since left the game. It’s simply a case that it is not my game anymore so why don’t I just shut up and go find something else to do. Or play Classic… yeh… whatever.
I’d give up if I were you trying to reinstate core values that would again give the game soul. You’re trying to appeal to a different breed of player. Things will never return to a more ordered world , where stuff made sense. The game is a mess. None of it makes any sense anymore, it really is time to junk this thing and create a new version so the new players can have a less cluttered world where some sense of order exists. My suggestion is do something, anything but make intentions clear and with purpose and heart. After all its not just the soul that has gone but a heart and that needs to come from the creators.
An MVP has no more leverage over the developers than anyone else on this forum. Their posts are simply written in green, and contrary to some people’s beliefs, that doesn’t actually do anything magical.
So by what means is an MVP supposed to tell the developers to fix their game and make certain class changes in a way that other posters, and they themselves, aren’t already doing?!
What is it that you imagine? That an MVP has a hotline to Mr. Blizzard and they can just grab the phone and dial them up: “Hello, is this Mr. Blizzard? Yes, this is the MVP from the forum. Listen here, I want you to fix this game right now, you got that? Yes, right now. Good. Alright. Bye then.”
That’s not how this works.
Don’t smear your disingenuous behavior in my face as if to imply that your post was anything but smearing the MVP.
And don’t come afterward asking for my favor towards your topic, as if your behavior warrants any kind of goodwill from my side. It does not. You reap what you have sowed.
The problem is that when it comes to the MVP program, I hold all the facts, and he holds none.
I have been an MVP and part of the MVP program and therefore know all that it entails and all there is to know about it.
He, having not been an MVP and not having been part of the MVP program, knows nothing of it, and shows no insight into it either.
That he then insists his falsehoods about the MVP program are true, that is indeed the problem, and it is also a problem that you refer to his falsehoods as being facts when they are not.
So it’s not a question of me accepting facts – because I hold all the facts. It’s a question of the dumb-witted to accept the knowledge and information they’re given from those who hold the facts, and I find that the dumb-witted are resistant to that.
MVPs don’t get paid.
MVP’s don’t have to express any specific opinion.
MVPs can post about anything they want, anywhere they want, and to anyone they want.
Those are the facts.
What are the “alternative facts” to the contrary?!
You can post any criticism you want. Or you can choose not to post any criticism at all.
It’s your freedom to choose whatever it is you want to post.
The same applies to the MVPs.
There’s no difference.
And since there’s no one who holds you to any specific opinion on this forum, then there’s no one who should hold the MVPs to any specific opinion either.
