Tier 3 7th legion gear and incursions ?

A basic question I’d like to be answered, Is it possible to get the tier 3 gear from doing incursions or am I just wasting my time doing them? Because I would really like to get the tier 3 Shoulders to complete my transmog.

Nope, unfortunately Incursions drops only the basic version of the Warfront set, i hope we can get them from the Heroic Warfronts wich will come probably in patch 8.2

OK thanks for the reply, I guess I’ll just have to keep my fingers crossed until the Heroic Warfronts arrive.
