We’ve disabled all transfers from Classic Hardcore realms to other intended destinations, so that we can investigate and fix an issue with the service.
We do not yet know when the fix will be complete, and we will update this thread as necessary.

But why do I have to search deep in the forum to get to know this. A pop-up thing in the Character Transfer screen would be great
I read on a US post from a player that it was working again for them. However, I tried it and it is still unavailable for the EU?
If yes, then would there be an estimation as to when it would be available to us again too?
