It should be effected by metamorphosis for the duration of eyebeam, but it should give you an 8 seconds meta window.

Why are u talking about this when we are talking about metamorphosis being dispellable?
This is why. Either make meta from eyebeam dispellable or dont make it a failsafe to activate if youre stopped on eyebeam

In its current format retri wings should be tuned separately.
Also bubble is 8 seconds now for a reason. Back then your ability cooldown was not effected by haste. You can dish out more globals in an 8 seconds window than in vanilla durning bubble and bop combined.

Worst part about that is that his gear isn’t even that good.
I was raid geared with a proc weapon and if it procced when unleashing a reckoning bomb, it was certain death no matter what happened unless they were immune or something, lmao.
It’s very funny how people say paladin can’t kill in bubble when they could legit do it all the way back in vanilla LOL
