Welcome to the Sepulcher Parish & Parish Council information thread and notice board. Here you’ll find information on our community run project to cultivate Undead and Horde RP in/ around the heartlands of Lordaeron, especially Silverpine.
Outline
The Sepulcher Parish and its Parish Council is a small community of RPers working from The Sepulcher to bring some Undead and Horde community and social RP to Silverpine and the other Lordaeronian heartlands.
The Sepulcher Parish is everyone who wants to join the community and take part in our events. It might be people who settle there as residents, frequent guests and passing visitors. We’ll strive to make RP for you to bring some fresh life to the area and provide Undead RPers with options for things to take part in.
The Sepulcher Parish Council are the organisers, we’ll meet regularly to plan new events and post job listings (small quests, if you will!).
What is a Parish & Parish Council?
A Parrish is the community of residents who live in the catchment area of a local Church, and may well be Church goers themselves. People in this community are referred to as “Parishioners”.
A Parrish Council is a very local level of government traditionally formed around the boundaries of a Church’s catchment. So a village with its own Church could expect to have a Parish Council made of local residents.
Their activities fall into three main categories:
- Representing the local community
- Delivering services to meet local needs
- Improving quality of life and community well being

Events Overview - What to expect
We’re focused on developing the Undead RP community’s social RP, especially in/ around The Sepulcher and wider Lordaeron. RP will range from simple campfire RP and RPing various trades and crafts though to sermons from different Denominations (Light & Shadow) and Market Days! We’re also looking to have job postings up for characters looking for work and will often involve gathering of materials, or the supply of equipment done through gathering and production in-game professions.

Q: How do I join The Sepulcher Parish?
A: Anyone who chooses to RP with us can consider themselves parishioners of our Parish. There is no formal joining, or membership and you don’t need to leave your guild or anything like that, just come and RP and spend time there.
Q: How do I join the Sepulcher Parish Council?
A: Parish Council Members are approached and asked to join based on their ability to provide representation for a group, like their guild or their faith in the case of Light and Shadow worshippers and those in the middle. People might also be asked to join if they are very active in the community, or run a regular stall at the market.
Q: Do you run The Sepulcher?
A: Nope! High Executor Hadrec continues his long administration of The Sepulcher. We just work there, operating at a civilian level. Anyone who wants to RP at The Sepulcher is warmly welcomed, and can take part in as much, or as little, of our RP as they wish. You don’t need to ask our permission to use any of the facilities there, obviously.
