This is -getting out of hand- the number of people doing this in nazjatar, the economy is doomed, no wonder it gets so heavily over saturated in a couple of days. . https://imgur.com/a/U0Xz8Xl and the best bit is, the BS they claim for this to slide is absolutely pathetic.
Wouldn’t be a surprise if we see big guilds like Method in Shadowlands resort to this over the current methods they use to get access to mats
What do you mean Nah? Method Sco was literally talking about multi boxing himself from what I understood. This is going to be the doom of the game’s economy.
The amount of time you save is unreal since its most often than not far from used innocently.
Can someone please explain me why after years of multiboxing it is a problem now for the economy?
I am not sure that BFA is the first expansion with nodes that can be used by multiple people
A patch is removed after some time when it is gathered, or when it is looted 10 times. When a multiboxer x 10 picks it up, the maximum is looted from the patch and other players have no chance for gathering it. In the end there are more flowers looted and they are all at 1 player. And that player does not care the price is 50% lower or something since he has looted x10 the amount than he usually should without multiboxing.
I guess this had something to do with having advantage of collecting massive number of items comparing to one person; at least in terms of gathering professions. If you mine or pick ore or herb then you get multiple items because ores / herbs don’t disappear like in vanilla. From this perspective, multiboxer would have an advantage over “1 boxer” (?) The AH could be flooded with items and cost can be manipulated. But this could change with new AH system. I don’t know. They designed the game for multiboxer. That’s my understanding. I don’t think they will change it any time soon.
that’s the easy way to ban mutiscum and blizzard know that. They will never ban them because they make too much money from them.
Yes its scummy, yes its cheating, yes its destructive, yes it would be easy to remove/ban but it will never ever happen cos blizz and their shareholders make far too much money from it. Also, the AH changes where you can no longer see who the vendor is if theres more than one vendor at the same price… doesn’t that strike you as odd? seems like an odd change … unless, of course, blizz don’t want you to see whos selling and removing the chance you had to not buy their stuff. I always avoided buying from multiscum even at a cheaper price, now I cant.
suck it up or leave, that’s the options blizzard are giving you in relation to these human detritus. Make your choice.
It does because normal players try to make a little gold like this. Gathering something, crafting something, selling something other people need. We now get overflows and it is almost impossible to make a little gold.
Obviously I can not say anything about legacy systems of previous expansions since I did not play the game in those times.
It doesn’t matter then I check nazjatar, there is always that or a flog of druids flying around.
Sorry I play this game since legion, and I do not really know that many options of this game. I am kind of just starting selling something on the AH. in legion we were selfsufficient with making gold for just playing the game. I used my legion gold till now. Also I am probably less intelligent than you think.
I just see flogs of druids picking up everything I try to pick up. And a big overflow of flowers on the AH.
