If you have the quest, its basically the gear that NPC have on.
Lvl reguire is 110, can be used on your alts aswell (as long as they are that 110 lvl).
Any armor type can use it.
I have 8 so far, all inside Eternal Palace from bosses and random trash. They are just quite rare but they do drop.

No that’s fine, you can post like that.
But yeah, the set looks like some kinda ulduar thing (its shoulder are animated tho, some light flying into them from time to time).
The head looks okay on a human female (pic), but, on some other race, it looks bad :s
farmed since release. got 2 from 2 mythic freehold runs.
then i farmed nhc freehold, rares, openworld mobs … no drops anymore.
This is on wowhead as well
Would be lovely to get a blue reponse, to let us know if this “wonderful” drop design is supposed to be this way, or if it’s bugged

Just did a World Quest killing a mob…
Got 3 Echos of Mortality.
I mean, I don’t mind my usual bad luck, but after 4 hours of grinding… I have zero on my monk, and 7 on an alt that just did the Naz story to unlock wqs. I’m starting to think either I’m doing something wrong or it’s bugged.
wee morning update. after about 10 mins today I got another 5 in one drop
I’m guessing you get an easy 4-5 each day then you need to really grind the rest until reset
I’m gonna aim for 5 a day rather than torture myself trying to rush it
I got 8 in the first run then none ever since, been an hour and still none and I saw some people who have completed it
So…We pay 75 euro and have to grind to get the reward? 
so we pay alot of money and we get this quest with a very very very low drop chance. i thought Blizzard said yesterday they wanne to do better?

Still can not get the quest on any of my character. Nothing there to click on my mount, there is a small Guiding Orb on the back, not targetable at all, nothing happens trying to click on it.
