Void Elf Hair Colour Suggestions

No!

Enoguh!

No matter how you try, you are still going to be Ren’dorei!

Not originally, so there’s a difference, in any case there needs / has to be distinct visual differences between races.
If you add blonde hair and whatever, to void elves, they will just become allied blood elves. That neither faction would benefit from.

While we’re at it, why not add San’layn, with the following customization options to the horde?

 come to think of it, Sylvanas SL in game character model, looks more like a San’layn than the old Belf, anyway.

Well sorry but considering the fact that 50% of the players choose to wear Helmets, you won’t be able to tell the difference anyway. It’s too late for that.

In fact your character looks very much like a Void elf with that Blue hair and blue eyes. Only difference is the hairstyle.

I already mistake Shadowpriest blood elves for Void elves ALL the time.

So might as well accept it and play your blood elf :woman_shrugging:

While letting others enjoy their High elves (such as myself).

If it makes you feel any better I am wearing a Silver covenant tabard so there is that

If they are wearing helmets, then I’m not seeing the character, so your point is moot.

I disagree. This blue looks nothings like the options available to void elves.

When they are in shadowform I assume.

I want void elves that look like void elves, and blood elves that look like blood elves. I’ll continue to voice my opinion as is, you are free to voice your own opinion too, without telling me what to do.

I’m not telling you what to do I’m just saying it’s too late.

“I want Void elves to look like Void elves”

So you want Blizzard to remove the skin color options? Which is obviously impossible

Black and white/platinum are all I need for void elves when it comes to hair color.

If the name is green they are fine. If the name is red they will die. Simple as that. If pandaren can do it, co can Barbie dolls.

:100:  best comment I’ve seen in 2021

Sorry - but say this to the 40000+ posts requesting High Elves over the last 13 years. Do you expect that large amount of requests to just be blatantly ignored? Besides, my original post states a voidy blonde hair colour not just plain blonde. To maintain the difference in theme. And night elves and draenei have white and pink hair as well so there is no issue. You get to enjoy your Blood Elves no matter what happens.

A voidy blonde to maintain theme difference sounds like a good idea. Also white and rose pink would really fit void elves. That way there is no need to create high elves as void elves will be able to pose that high elf look.

The best option would be for all races to be able to do their own custom colors for hair through RGB sliders. That way everyone is more unique.

That’s actually a great idea Rayzens! Sliders with colour pallettes would be awesome!

Pretty much this. I’ve been saying it for a while now. Wow is sooo far behind when it comes to customization. I’ve seen better customization options in games that was made in the 2000’s

Pretty much majority of the games I play have 50+ different hair colors to choose from. And some of them have a color wheel. these games was made in the 2000s

To be perfectly honest blonde on fair skin is my favorite combination. Since the devs went as far as giving us light skins and blue eyes it’s only natural to want to get light hair colours too. White, Black, Pastel Pink and blue void blonde gogogoogoogogogogoogogogogogoogogooooo!!! Can we push to get Allied Races updates at Blizzcon?? Maybe just a sneak peek??

Whoah whoah whoah, wait till they have actually finished the core races first, Blood Elves and Draenei are still waiting for the 40 unique customisations they were promised, and when they -do- start on Allied Races, it is pretty clear that Nightborne are at the front of that queue, and Void Elves are pretty far to the back of that queue, given what they already got.

I do not think the core races will receive all of the customizations they were promised before Allied Races are even touched, but I do agree that their attention should be on the Nightborne first. Before Velfs and Belfs. Velfs only need just a few more hair styles and colors anyway, not too much work due for them. We’ll see how much work, if any :(, will get done on Allied races by the time 9.1 hits.

I suspect you are probably right, it will probably be like the changes in WoD when the Vanilla races got their High Def models, and the Blood Elves and Draenei had to wait for the next patch for theirs, along with that damned SELFIE camera (most underwhelming patch ever!). Nightborne definitely need some work though, their models are a damned disgrace in comparison to the other Allied Race models, this said, I can’t see how difficult it would be to simply given different hair colours to a race such as Void Elves, even if they leave the hairstyles the same. I mean I am not a computer programmer by any means, but it isn’t like they need to worry about clipping issues or how they work with armour, as the hairstyles are already -there- it is just the colouration.
