Agreed. If DHs are the only ones who can transmog the warglaives, then they shouldn’t be able to transmog Thunderfury. After all, it’s not a DH weapon.

Warglaives is the weapon type with the least amout of weapons, you got plenty of swords, axes and maces to go around.

It was on the developpement diary of wow, dk, dh and necromancer where all originally planned for vanilla but cut. Also Druids were originally not planned and Added very late.

Go toss your weapons into the scrapper then. They’re not warglaives and every image I’ve ever seen on dhs is with glaives. You shouldn’t be able to equip anything but them then seeing as it’s not your class fantasy.

Warglaives where made before the weapon type was Added, but they are obviously. So blizzard could turn them into warglaive type but that would trigger even more QQ. So that’s the compromise, you can still equip them if you get them but since dh are now in and that’s the most iconic dh weapon ever it’s for them only.
Tough luck I guess. You got your own unique weapon type. Your very own tabard plus now the legendary warglaives. You’re already the biggest special snowflake class in the game (I meant the class, not you specifically!). So you don’t need any other weapon type. Just ask blizzard to make more warglaives.
