All new races are coming to both factions equally now .there is no even out clause in game now

Never been in the game

They just gotta drop the cancer that is the faction barrier.

100%

It feels more like they’re expanding Alliance Territory… Which they technically are, as Alliance now takes over 2/3s of our City.

And we get to spend another Expansion running around being Besties with an Alliance character, babysitting them, while they get to play hero. And who the hell is Umbric, guessing it’s some Void Elf character the Horde has no knowledge of, but now need to assist?

This is total nonsense.

There is just as much stuff that’s horde aesthetics.
How do people come up with these blatant false claims?

The alternative being what, exactly?

That Horde gets a separate Storyline, focusing on a Horde Character, that makes sense from a Horde Perspective. Instead of feeling like we’re just Alliance Mercenaries.

All of The War Within felt like a massive Immersion break for a Horde Character. I spent all my time chilling around with the literally High king of the Alliance by my side… Why didn’t I use the chance to stick a dagger in his back?! They even had an entire quest, where he just sits there talking about how he misses the beauty of Stormwind and Elwynn, while you just have to sit there like some Horde Servant, waiting for them to finish their conversation, that you have no way to relate to.

They’re writing the games story like there isn’t two factions. So they either need to start writing seperate stories again, or they need to remove the pointless faction barrier.

Boo hoo, we spent most of BfA watching cinematics of Saurfang being sad about Teldrassil and the Horde’s loss of honour, for the second time.

Blizz is just incapable of writing two factions equally, now it’s the Horde’s turn in the back seat, and there will come a time where the Alliance is just along for the ride with the Horde’s story, and that attention-pendulum will keep swinging back and forth for as long as there are two factions.

This is a very well point. Horde got all of BfA to watch one of our most ironic Heroes sitting there crying over what should have been one of the greatest Horde Victories, being turned into something that just feels sour.

We literally took down an Alliance Capitol, and we’re suppose to feel bad about it?!

Then we got to spend a massive part of BfA, trying to bring back an Alliance Hero we had failed to kill in the previous raid. Literally undoing our own work.

One of the Horde’s “Greatest victories”, burning a city full of civilians, tells us all we need to know about the Horde, doesn’t it?

The point i was trying to make is that we spent all the time watching the emotional turmoil of a sad perpetrator, instead of anything much about the actual victims. (That one warfront cinematic aside, which was badass-ish, but grotesquely misleading)

Most of that was about balance and racials tho, didn’t have much to do with the story

The one really orc centric expac we had was WoD and that one ended early because orc fatigue

Orc fatigue in world of warcraft, the game that made its debut as orcs vs humans

Taking ashenvale and darkshore

Teldrassil was Windrunner having a moment

Honestly all of BFA was just Danuser trying to speedrun the narrative so they could release shadowlands

and then we got shadowlands and it was dogexcrement

then they said no trust us DF will be the turning opint

then DF was dogexcrement (narratively, gameplay was ok)

You new here? The forums are literally kindergarten

Look, I agree. But they’re only doing one campaign at the moment for this saga, clearly.
So there is no real alternative. We can complain, but it won’t change anything for Midnight, and honestly probably not for The Last Titan either.

That’s why I asked what the alternative is. I want what you’re saying too; but it’s not an alternative. It’s a ‘what if’ dream scenario. We have to face the truth that that is not happenng.

Every time there’s a thread about how Horde is better or how Horde is being unfairly treated it is always a Blood Elf poster. Every single time.

I just find it hilarious how the most ‘Horde pride’ race players are Blood Elves, you know, the least Horde-ish race.

I think they’re (over-)compensating, “Sure, in the faction of rough, mean-looking races, we picked the pretty race, but look at us being all fanatical about the Horde! Rarrr smash! Lok’tar ogar and stuff!”

:eyes: I am sure I said that, third time is the charm, I believe in you :purple_heart:

ok blood elf male paladin (tongue in cheek)

The belf cry is ‘Tal’anumen no Sin’dorei’ and in RP I usually follow up with a ‘Tal’anumen no Horde’ for a more horde specific one, personally I like how the horde lets its cultures remain themselves and the clashes of believes and values are for me very enjoyable.

This uniformness you’re expressing here is more of the alliance, or atleast thats what I would associate it with.

belves are cool

horde is cool

its really not that complicated.
