What worries me the most is that with such flawed logic he will also start “branding” people permanently, who have no involvement with the PCU in the first place - just occasional “agree” on the forum is enough for him to consider someone PCU.

It’s because people believe that the PCU raids the forums and uses characters that are seemingly unaffiliated with their guilds to boost their credibility. They did that in the past and do it now.
And when you question these attitudes and actually think that some people might be PCU, you get labeled as paranoid by quite a good amount of PCU people, who push their narrative that any dissent comes from people who are not be right in their mind. Which is frankly an awful strategy to adopt, and deserves to be called out.
How, exactly? It’s the names of 6-8 alt characters at best, who again can’t be traced back to their other characters.
And. Frankly. If you don’t want to have people asking for transparency. Again. Don’t use this lack of transparency to insinuate that others are out of their mind for thinking that there are hidden PCU members around the forums, because your current refusal is based exactly on this statement: that there are hidden members that you don’t feel like mentioning.
If your group uses their tendency to hide alts as a weapon to harm others in an unfair way, rather than a way to protect their privacy, then it’s absolutely blameworthy.

I notice that you quoted everything I said apart from the bit about it potentially breaching the social contract that you agreed to at that start of 9.2.5. Presumably that’s just a mistake on your part though and you wouldn’t intentionally try and manipulate around that.
I’ll ask this though, do you see how your requests for lists and having people make themselves known, even going as far as (as you correctly said) branding people as part of the PCU when actually they aren’t, could be taken as a witch hunt and a form of harassment?

Not at all: asking if (or assuming that) someone is part of a community is not a form of harassment.
And saying that it is a precondition to honesty isn’t either. On the contrary, manipulating informations to suggest that someone is paranoid is definitely a breach of a fair behavior between players.
A lot of proofs are kinda there. I’d say there isn’t full evidence, but there is quite a lot of it around this thread alone to make it likely beyond reasonable doubt.

Not a lot since the discussion at the time was about dogpiling and thus the inclusion of any non-PCU like myself, or even some PCU members in that list is essentially an accusation of wrongdoing, but that’s a whole other thing.
