You’d probably be better off having this discussion in Classic section of the forums.
You should be able to move the topic if you edit it and choose a different forum.
This was the blue post announcing Hardcore.
I’m sure they’ll announce more info as and when. You may even find they have something to present at BlizzCon about it.
