remove mercenary mode: it makes rolling horde “cost free” for pvp. Horde should be punished like on Classic to roll on the best faction. Want to pvp but can’t wait 1h to get into bg? Roll alliance or quit => less horde.

Remove it. By it existing blizzard confirms horde bias exists.
