She has been given proof and facts many times and she can just scroll up to see it but refuses to do so. The lack of civility may be bad upbringing in that case she cant really help it but angry 12 year olds become more reasonable and mature with time

Racial advantage change nothing…meybe in top guilds they would change faction, but regular players like me don’t care about racial, more about races or friends. Ppl going to horde now cause players base, not any specific advantage. Now it’s like “milk spilled”, 30% world pvp bonus didn’t change a much, at begining ppl went to alliance for faster gearing then came beck to horde.
My M+ team has transfered alliance, some of the top guilds are going alliance for race to world first next tier etc… wait and see, this good be a really good sign, cause you know… where the top .1% goes, the masses follow
The thing is the world top guilds are sponsored especially if involved in competitions, they can transfer whenever they like.
The masses tho… I mean gurl, they complain about the sub prices.

It does, it did in the past. They can fix their mistake by doing another mistake, other than that there is no other way to fix faction imbalance except crossfaction PvE which extremely unlikely, faction changes are a good income for em.
I stay on Alliance side for 30% WM bonus and unlimited world pvp opportunities. Okay okay I’ll admit I hate Horde players… an old habit 
Balance could’ve been better if Blizzard tried giving us actual allied races instead of trash ones. We only got Void Elf as an allied race, 1.5 to be more accurate I’ll count Dark Iron dwarves, they are not bad.
Zandalari - Fat’tiran and Vulpera - Trashgnome matchups took away at least 4-5% players from Alliance to Horde.

The problem is now, even if there is a racial advantage, they are not likely to swap and stick to it, they will just do it for that tier.
Can you back up those numbers with evidenxe? Like 4-5% of alliance players went maining horde just for vulpera? Leaving alliance guilds and friends behind.

Hmm, this might be quite far fetched, but do ye think that raising the Alliance bonus honor gained from battlegrounds from 50% to 100% would make any difference? Granted, it’s a niche thing, but still…
Nah. People would farm honour on alliance and then go back to their mains.
I suppose the only thing left then is to buff the Alliance racials even more. I honestly don’t know wot else could be done at this point. 
The worgen racials could use some upgrading in that regard. While they’re lovely for RP purposes, they are lacking in the performance department. Perhaps Darkflight could also remove slows and snares upon activation and make one immune to them until the effect is off?
When the problem is that PvE players/guilds are grouping up on the same side, blizzard can never ‘balance’ the numbers. The only way is to allow cross faction-play.
At the moment alliance already is the winner for racials.
Indeed. Realistically there are but two options:

Give the Alliance some sort of major advantage which would make playing the Horde a clearly inferior choice.

Allow the cross-faction play.
Neither is ideal, but I really see no other options at this point.
Edit: I suppose that another option could be to offer free faction transfer to the Alliance for a certain period of time.
I’d hate to admit it, but you do have a point with this one.
Between them and the Zandalari (plus the Zandalari racials), the Fat’Tiran’s stood no chance.

The kultiran racial is superior for tank specs. Also, the mechagnome is the best racial atm.
People play for looks, not racials.

No lad, the reason is because the Horde offers more opportunities than the Alliance at this point, due to the superior player pool regarding the serious content.
