Whats the point of bgs? if im not premade

It’s easy, it’s called group finder. Sign for as many as you can without reading a thing, and one will eventually invite you. Pretty low average wait time as well. Works perfectly as long as you don’t care about who invites you or about winning.

So, you should not be able to play a BG if you just want to play it for fun?

Maybe that is good enough to get to challenger in season one like you did, which is kinda memeable

You’re seriously gonna rating bash now? Alright, so to put it into context, a friend wanted to try out some arenas in BfA even though I had given up in Legion, so I played a few only to never play again.

Fun, right?

You’re like a child, trying to rating bash.

says the child that search every excuse to bash retail

You know, you actually need rating yourself to be able to rating bash properly.

BfA babies doesn’t count btw, there isn’t anyone who thinks BfA glad has any value.

becouse the one that only have 4 curves in the span of 4 exp instead matters.

BYE have a wonderful time!!!

So sad… Now you think PvE matters, when you couldn’t show any rating of your own? So very, very sad.

“Then, BGs are all about fun.” Third sentence.

So to have fun (that’s why we play this game) in PvP, you either have to aim for rank 11+ (other ranks don’t require premade) or being ganked at GY? Most people, can’t or don’t want the first, and certainly don’t enjoy the second.
It is a simple request. Make pugs vs pugs and premade vs premade and give the second a bonus honor if the game is long. Have fun in both and more honor for those who want it more (premades).

I only have that experience against premades like a third of the time, most of the time there is competition still as long as people keep their heads on straight.

Most premades are nothing exceptional in Classic, half of them have never played with eachother.

I have to admit, that when I saw premades, I thought we would be ganked in our GY. But it wasn’t so bad. Highly dependent on their ranks/gear. Sometimes, you can’t do anything, sometimes it’s playable.

Alliance pvp much much less than horde.
Out of 2000 “active” lvl 60 alliance on razorgore, there are ~ 300 that pvp (queue) BGs. Like 200 if them are part of good old long estabilished wsg pre mades and rest are trying either to form 1 or 2 AB teams and few AV 5 mans, remember, out of those ~ 100, there is like only 30ish online at the time. So yes its very very hard to get into pre made for alliance on medium high server.
But it was close to this back than (not this much shty) and ranks are not for everyone, only for no lifers.

They did, in retail

It would be a lot easier getting a premade going on a server with actual players. On Judgement Horde, getting farmed solo is the only option. Especially after midnight there’s maybe 15-25 actual players online that are farming something and the other 15 are bots.

Not to mention that anyone remotely serious about PvP has already transferred away because of the nonexistent bracketsize.

As a solitary player, I am very bored of playing in front of alliance premades all the time. I have little to uninstall the game and never play any Blizzard product.

cross-realm, no Battle Groups = BG’s will stay trash forever

Been playing a lot of AB, and so far, it’s been maybe 1/4 out of all against a premade. While being annoying, we’ve basically just let them win and never ressed so they won’t get their honor from kills.

Otherwise i’ve been enjoying every minute of AB so far.

I wonder if people will stop saying Classic is for casuals now, at last (coughTipscough).

I mean, it is for casuals insofar as you mean casual as “not Mythic-skilled”, but definitely not if you understand casual in terms of time investment. Classic is a very time-intensive game unless you don’t care about winning BGs or doing raids (which kinda makes me wonder what you’re doing in this game, exactly).
