Blizzard forgets Vereesa Windrunner? (existence) high elfs

Silvermoon Expansion ahead but were is https://www.wowhead.com/npc=121754/vereesa-windrunner ← at?. Why is there no mention of high elfs in a elfen expansion? she’s literally the last High elf. Not even a mention at all?. Or even a visual update.

instead we get a elf race we have no idea about lol
