Why character boost to 58 is good

Then its up to Blizzard to shut them down. Can you try to understand that the majority of players shouldn’t be punished or the game should not be adjusted according to bots.

If this is the case that you like to preach, then remove the gold value in wow instead. Do you want that?

How is not having boost punishing players?
How does not having paying service is punishing players?
TBC did not have either and people like it a lot

Will not having 70lvl boost also punishing players?
Core problem is players who want to spend real money to have advantage and thats why there is demand for bots and gold sellers

Paying for boost is advatage vs those who cant afford it - whatever you might think

Paying service is never a good thing for the game - thats how wow lost many subscribers and it will not solve any problems now

Nope. Leveling gear and character boosts did not make the game less populated. Do you remember RAF with 3x xp, tons of new players started wow because of it. Why do you think they include boosts in newer expansions? Because they lose players?

Why the fk hold back! Lets just boost to 70, add in LFR, rng loot, pay for raid carries and afk in Shattrath City! OR BETTER YET, cash shop where you can buy decked out character ,look at it for 10 min and then uninstall the fkn game. sound good?

That is crossing the line, 1 boost per account is not according to most players.

If they stop at this after the one year of playing TBC I am giving you 1 month sub for free

But patern shows us that Blizzard will not stop because demand for pay service will grew in classic and TBC and they care about $$$$ the most

If we dont speak now when we will? after classic tokens?

“I have money and I dont care if others cant afford it” - these are words that I heard in these forums and because of this players Blizzard want to give option for pay service in classic also. Same mentality are reason why botters farm gold 0-24h. It is because of these players and they are core of the problem.

this will not happen. do not worry.

this will not happen. do not worry.

There is in China and I hope we will not become like China WoW

If players stop buying gold on 3rd party websites, then maybe there would be less bots.

This is the core problem.
Blizzard far to my knowelegde do not ban players who buy gold (maybe few days of suspencions) only the sellers which should change and people who buy gold should receive life time ban.
Guess that will not hapen so at least these shady gold sellers will have all personal data from gold buyers to use whatever the want with it.

And they never will. Players make Blizzard rich. And it are those same players who want to buy gold.
Logical effect is that when there is demand people will try to feed that demand, in this case by using bots.

It is a nice circle which starts with the players and end with the players.
That is the irony.

It’s basically a corrupt company that overlooks all the criminal activities because they profit from it as well. The company probably even enables the criminal activities while pretending to work on a solution. At this point the customers don’t matter anymore.

I would have expected the company to fight for the integrity of their game. Investing in making the greatest game ever could be worth a lot of money in the long run. The game itself might be cool and all but the service of providing the game and managing the players is done in a way that just focuses on making quick money as long as there are some fans left.
Lagging servers, infested with bots and RL money trade. No customer support and automated reporting systems…
How much do we really get for paying that subscription?

What if they had servers with no lag problems, no bots and no RL money trade? Full time customer support by real people/gms?
Ofc that sutff costs a lot but it could also mean that more players stick with the game because they know they are respected by the company.
Activision Blizzard has so much bad publicity because of how greedy they are and they think this will not backfire at some point?
Maybe average players are just too dumb and are basically stuck in Blizzards matrix. Nothing but a battery xD

Let me tell you how you punish the vast majority of legit players who do not bot:

You put a paid boost in the game, bots, cheaters, hackers and whales take over the economy even more than it is now.
Legit players’ can’t afford anything without buying gold themselves because the market prices are extremely inflated, they can’t afford their crafted items, they get ganked by fly hackers out in the world when they try to play the game and most groups around become GDKP runs or boosting services so they can’t find groups to do PvE since they can’t afford better gear with their tiny amount of gold.

This, is how you “punish” players that play legit. And believe me, spending 2 weeks levelling a character in Azeroth is much, much, much merciful than this second punishment, which is long-term and permanent.

Not that i’m defending bots; but surely the opposite is more likely in that Bots create an oversupply and thus crafting mats are cheaper…not more expensive?

Bots create more of an excess supply of gold than crafting mats. Bots usually farm mobs/pickpocket them etc and generate raw gold as their primary source of revenue.

Crafting mats will be mostly supplied by whales(people with many accounts) but it is nowhere near the amount of gold that bots can inject into the economy.

Ok i am curious

Aren’t we the little drama queen?
Bots can have some effect but don’t be over dramatic.

Yesterday i was leveling with my low level rogue. I sold 4 stacks of iron bar which i gathered in 2 playing sessions for 10g a stack.
Sounds like sweet money for someone around level 30.
Point is the inflation works both ways.

While leveling you can always find groups. I was even whispered to join as dps, can you imagine?

At level 60 you still can find groups for gearing reasons. It is normal tho late in an expansion that those groups run thinner because most ppl are already geared.
Serious gear improvements are not bought with gold, so their gold supply is irrelevant.

Your point is flawed, maybe if you were less dramatic it could hold a bit at best.

You have “missed” the part “more than it is now”. I’m not surprised.

A sane person would say that you are the little drama queen in these forums making 10 IQ threads every day asking for paid services.

Well, i did make a list with great QoL ideas. If you read the whole thread you would know i purposly added a view over the top items, simply to get the discussion rolling and trigger people to argue about it/come with ideas. I am dead serious about dual talents tho, i would sign for that anytime.

But you didn’t really respond to my reaction. Is it because you know i am right?

All these paid services don’t provide any quality for players so they are not “Quality of Life” ideas.

They are more like “Degradation of Life” changes for the game and players.

That is such a lame argument and one that debunked many times in the thread.

That has not been proven, stop regurgitating other peoples opinions as fact.

Again, stating opinions as fact. Unless of course you can provide proof?
