Ok, i get you do not like the boost. And that is ok.
But it will not be as bad as you think, you are being over dramatic at times.
It will not be like this. Alot of people will not use the boost and new races need to level from 1 anyway.
They announced this along with TBCC you need to pay and make a copy if you want to stay on vanilla classic server. everything else well be TBC server
Where did they said that the Classic server will progress into TBC? Or in this case, that if you created a character on the non-TBC server after TBC launches, itāll progress to TBC regardless?
But i made a mistake, when tbc launches you can pick progression or era realm and if you want both it is a paid service to copy
but you cannot copy/transfer a character that has been created after the split
You know the thing with cancer is that it usually spreads. It can seem harmless, but itās only matter of time before it starts spreading violently. First we get a little boost, then a store mount and before you know it there is wow tokens and other microtransactions everywhere.
Nobody asked for a boost. It is a free bonus from the kindness of Blizzard.
I would ask for usefull things such as dual spec but ofc this we will not get
If it is kindness of Blizzard it would be free, which I doubt. It is a way to monetize the game even further as is the store mount. This is the exact reason ppl were for the #nochanges for classic. Iām all for dual spec and other changes but subscription is enaugh for this bot riddled game with awful servers.
I would buy every single store mount and boost if Blizzard would use that money to get rid of the bots but sadly it just gives Kotick a bonus.

Why is this? It is something nobody asked about, but Blizz gave us this nice option anyway.
Nochanges was a fanatsy to begin with. Classic = not vanilla

What annoys me are the ones making assumptions. This guy, for instance, thinks that Blizzard is so awesome for giving us a level 58 boost for free.
When in reality, if he just did a little bit of research, would know that is it not even free.

I doubt he literally means the boost is free. He probably means the gesture that they added a paid boost was āfreeā.
I agree itās stupid too. But I noticed english isnāt his first language and Iām still not 100% sure heās not trolling.

There is nothing good about boosting in classic. The game is actually not designed to handle boosting. Retail is fine with boosting. So to everyone who want a boost so despreadly ----> go to retail. You could actually play TBC in retail with chromie. So no reason to have it here.
