I do that too, but I also delete any mage, warrior, shaman and rogue on my path, when they level up they will be the ones killing allied lowbies, I might just give them some justice in advance.
It’s okay when they kill lowbies when they across. But it’s pure stupood when they camp lowbies. Seriously, yesterday a level 55 or so gnome mage was camping few lowbies, and those people was unable play the game. Camping lowbies should be forbidden in my opinion.

Because they can. Some things have no underlying, deeper meaning. They do it because they can, and more importantly, they can get away with it.
and this is why I do not play in PvP servers
To enjoy it you either want to like being made to suffer or to like making others suffer.
Very very few people are true World PvPers who pick fights against the odds.

If you’re annoyed by such things, why make a character on a PvP realm. 90% of world PvP is grieving. I realized that somewhat late and had to leave a lvl 30 character behind. I regret nothing.

Never ganked low levels, ever, and i never will. I think it’s a disgusting way to play the game, and i find it childish to gank low level players who are incapable of defending themselves, regardless of what type of realm they play on. Only a coward would do such a thing.
I see so many people use ‘It’s because of the ‘War’ in Warcraft’ excuse.
I say. Bloody read up on the Warcraft lore before saying something like that. Oh wait… PVP players don’t care about the lore… My bad!
People should also stop making up excuses just to ruin it for other players, especially those starting out. When people start out alone on a PVP realm, they won’t have friends they can call upon for help, when getting ganked by a max level character or a group of them, obviously over compensating for something (In most if not all cases it is because they don’t stand a chance when they fight someone around their own level. Sad really), and this is also why people on PVP realms are considered the most toxic of players.
Hell, when X-realm BGs were introduced, they even dragged their toxicity into the battlegrounds as well, by jabbing at anyone who didn’t play on PVP realms, using insults and name calling.
That is the main reason we had a massiv influx of people from PVP realms, re-rolling on PVE and RP realms back in the day. People who just wanted to play the game and level up, but weren’t able to because max level players corpse camped them in the low level zones until they logged out in frustration of not being able to play at all.

I kill them because they would have done the same thing to me had the tables been turned. Easy to act all honorable and "nice"when you cant do anything, but give them a chance and they will try killing or ruin things for you.
Thank God for PvE realms, ganking pizzaface teen = cancer.

Nowadays…if it’s more than 5 levels, I just ignore them mostly

Why do I stay and corpse camp? Same reason.
I am not a racist BUT… humans, dwarfs, gnomes and those tree hugers do deserve death!
I usually do not attack them though, as I want to quest in peace. I have better things to do that start a PvP-fest in my quest item farm spot.
ROGUES HOWEVER…
If I find one who isn’t stalking around I kill him before he gets any ideas!
Rogues are the dirty combatants of WoW!
Just like the snipers in WW2…they get no mercy once found!

They actually do though. I was running around minding my own business when I spotted a lvl 60 warrior helping out a lower level rogue.
They minded themselves and so did I, so all was good.
Suddenly, a mob spawns next to me that apparently the rogue needs. The warrior charges it and uses whirlwind, splitting me in half in the process.
That was after a good 10 minutes of everybody just chilling 
so obviously an accident.
I was an ant, and I was in the way.

i dont kill people who are below my level or when they are low/regging or have a mob/mob group on them.
however, i have spoken to quite a lot of people about this and most, who do show such a behavior, say its a pure power fantasy. nothing more, nothing less. and, ofcourse, they do it because they can.
As a friend once told me, which I agree 100% with.
A dead horde is better than A horde.
Just kill the oposing faction on sight.
Yes it sucks when you are the lowby and get killed. But why not? It’s fun if you are the one killing them. Being it same level or lower level.
