Why don't you heal?

Playing with good dps is fun, playing with bad dps is not fun. Can heal bad dps in shuffles 5 min per round and they still get nothing done. They hit separate targets 90y to each other opposite sides of the arena to no effect, neither doing even a dent on anything cause there is no setups or cc on enemy healer. Both healers are there to just heal bad dps for 5min till something dies in high enough dampen or other of the healer ooms. In the end the game is only fun when played as a team.

The only difficulty as dps is not to log off while looking for a group.

This is the only reason I’m not playing a DPS, actually. I can’t be bothered waiting so much.
I love Survival Hunter and Affliction Warlock, but I won’t bother leveling these characters at all because what’s the point? I can’t play them. I can play my healer though, and get a group instantly.

I would have quit this game a long time ago if I didn’t enjoy healing.

Same, i kinda enjoy to play some dps but cba waiting that long.

I was countering that in DF with two accounts by queing healer and dps and playing the healer while waiting, but I cant bother anymore. My season 3 will be just mage. Ppl also have two dps on que on different timing so the other is bound to pop soon when you finish a game with one. But its also alot of hassle if play like that I cba. Ideal would be que healers with instant ques but I hate shuffle too much to heal it so I rather even wait 30min que on dps.

I finished a game just now on my mage where were 0-6 WW, both heals gained 3-3 draw and gained nothing and other lost rating little. All dps with brain got 4-2 and gained rating. The WW against me focused mage(me) and on my team he only trains mw healer instead another mage who he let freecast while we also had arms on me so he leaves me to deal with both arms and frost mage on me alone while he goes sit on mw for no effect, and thats why he gets 0-6 and why both healers had to endure 6 rounds of shuffle to gain nothing from it.

Soloq should be one round of 3v3 with heal and dps mmr together and end of match give option to que together for arena 3v3 if wishes continue as group and if not que for another solo. Ppl could play alone and ppl could have good way of finding ppl to play with.

That is a good one and people should do that with blizzard, instead of tolerating their behaviour, maybe the game would be better…

I dont know what level you play on because i dont know your main, but i assume you are higher than my level because if you werent you would know you actually need the healers to do dps on 12-14s.

People who play dps are really bad at thier job most of the times. I have maybe 2-3 times of all of the m+ i have done where i was the lowest dps, which is very low. And im not a “good” player, god i play demonology which is arguebly one of the easier specs of warlocks.

For me, it actually does. I play mainly Holy Paladin. Not joking here.

Especially since DF S1 introduced 2-hand intellect melee weapons, I run the spec exclusively.

I don’t play PvE because it’s boring, but when I did want the seasonal mount, I got KSM within a single week doing M+16 with PvP gear, no tier set, 0 knowledge of boss mechanics and affixes, and while doing 0 damage.

I am actually a healer main as well.

I was healer 2005-2008 then I reroll from alliance to horde, the guild didnt need healer so I went to shadow priest until now. I enjoy more to play dps!

And healing was way easier when +16 was +6 in DF, and tanks didn’t require healing
And, btw, cool lying as before you would need to do around +20 (now +10) to get the KSM within a single reset.

You don’t need a special gear for +6 and pve is definitely boring if you only do +6.

He did it in 2 resets. He’s been saying “within a single week” forever because yes, it was done in one week in real time but he had 2 resets. He was going at it with tyrannical/fortified earlier in the week and then later in the week after reset with the other affix.

Yes, it’s very dynamic everytime you join a group and try to find out who’s gonna be the idiot standing in every AoE possible and then proceed to do what I mentioned above.

It can be hilarious the first time, but after a while it becomes annoying.

IMO the only thing that feels good about healing is watching those healthbars going up (or rather, going right) when you press your buttons, but it’s not worth the hassle of everything that comes with it.

An issue these days is that unless your heal crits, or you’re using a massive CD, teammates healthbars don’t move a great deal.

Gameplay built around dozen modifiers and cds, same for dps. Either hit for 800k or 3million with same ability.

Then u dont know how to play Farseer, because if u know how to totemic and farseer are mostly on the same level immo. In some situations farseer is superior to totemic.

PvP players are naturally much better in WoW than PvE players.
If he is able to hit 2,1k every season, he surely could have cleared 16s this season if he had a group.

Tank or dps are interacting with hostile npcs and have some level of control on what is happening to npcs and themselves, while healer have to interact with other players and have no control at all, you can’t predict if someone gonna press defensive cd or use some sort of self healing. Healer is by far most stressful role, in current iteration i would never want to play it, its just awful and not fun
