If there is one thing I have learned from working in retail is that customers who behave like you are never right and deserve to be banned from the store. The fact is that the customer is almost never right about any thing.
First rule of economics, demand and supply. When there is demand money can be made by providing the supply. Thats why its irrelevant what you and all the other explainers think about this really. Just like it was irrelevant when all the explainers explained thousand reasons why wow classic would never return.

There needs to be a supply though, if you want to buy a Iphone on Christmas eve you are SOL there is no supply in the stores no matter how much you demand it. Same here there is no supply to be had no matter how much you demand it.
If you ever came to the store I work in and behaved like this I would tell you to leave and when you didnt comply with that I would call the cops on you for trespassing.

Like you are entitled to things, just because you are a paying customer doesnāt mean you are entitled to getting extra services that are not offered.
And I think we are both happy that you are not there.
That the service is no longer offered is not a opinion its a fact.
Judgement on what? That you dont like that they dont offer the service sure go ahead.
You should see reality for what it is, if you are late for a service there is no reason to scream into the void about it.
