No it isn’t. You’re being an entitled douche.
Ad hominem attacks are not an argument.
Neither is any of the drivel you spewed in this thread. Hunters are allowed to roll on it if it’s an upgrade for them, it’s not exclusively for rogues.
If something drops and it is better than what I currently have equipped, I’m rolling Need.
Stop being entitled.
My argument is based on mathematics and the Shadowcraft NET spreadsheet.
Your argument is “SCREW U I ROLL NEEDZ BC I CANZ”.
Like I said in the op, I do not expect huntards to understand.
Which means absolutely nothing.
It isn’t. My argument is “Screw you you entitled douche, I roll need because I need it.”
Dis you really expect to get any support with this elitist thread?
Need is need.
You get it or you don’t.
Not rly, but I expect this thread will save a few Human Rogues out there a few ninja rolls.
I expect it won’t, and it’s not “ninja rolls”.
It’s not ninja if you can use it and if it’s an upgrade.
Sorry.
Wny are rogues so greedy? This is like the 4th thread in 2 weeks, where some rogue feels entitled to something which required a group effort to get.
I’m beginning to understand the other threads about how it’s hard for rogues to get into groups.
Mate, I get your frustration, but you are not right… stop for a second and think about it.
When you are in dungeon, you want to get better items than you have on you right ? So if item like this drops and its better than the one you have and its for your specialization, then you are good to go with need on it.
I mean there are only 2 screnarios that I can agree with you.
- Its really poor upgrade for the hunter with like +1 agillity and its significantly more of an upgrade for you.
- Hunter tries to complete the whole set, which is stupid. More than 4 pieces are useless.
But the important thing here is…
Why do you even want to complete the 6 pieces of shadowcraft set ?
There are better pre raid BiS items for you than the set.
Btw look at my avatar, i got shadowcraft helm
Like I explained in the OP, the Shadowcraft Set and Devilsaur Set are actually pre Raid BIS for Human Swords Spec Rogues by a big margin.
See Shadowpanther Net for details.
Doesn’t the set bonus have a chance to restore energy? I’d only ever dream of needing on that set if nobody else in my group did.
Rogues use leather, only leather.
Hunters use leather, mail.
Then we have warriors.
I think that’s why.
But I have no problem with it. Since many pieces for warrior and hunters are pre raid bis is leather. Which is kind of wierd, but the way it is <:
Not sure why some are defending what the hunters did, OP, maybe because of the way you posted, (didn’t read all of your post).
Try to stick to playing with guildies and / or people you know aren’t scum.
GZ on your 6-piece, looking forward to collecting mine
At the end of the day, if you need something you roll need on it, simple as
Doesn’t matter if you need it really bad or just sort of bad, unless you’re playing with guildies of course, then loot prio comes into play
And all this crying makes you a roguetard
You realize that +weapon skill and hit-chance are two different factors?
So that 5 weapon skill does not count as extra hit rating?
You are wrong.
