How does this adding up me being terrible person if u dont like the game you play… honnestly everyone play wow and find something faulty on it because it is simply not retail… or because there is no “granted” win from the begining. And to my response… this how game is u simply dont like it dont play it… Makes you more “terrible person” by calling someone else “terrible person” because you dont like the game you play, and you simply grudge coz the other person enjoy it. I dont rly get you ppl… this is classic, if u dont like the game u can look somewhere else, but u cant force the game to change to your liking you simply dont play it alone. U just dislike the game at its current state and and u say “give me fresh” its just gonna be the same game… what makes you thing gonna be any different? As for one shot i can tell u this at sheep FB+PoM/Pyro+sapper, u dont like that? Stun+hemo+hemo+CB/EV+sapper. You can one shot some1 even in green if get the right talents and engi.
thats the problem. gearing up naxx will just make it worse. the damage levels are too high for BGs. pvp is not much fun this way. takes out the skill and coop completely imo

Era is first and foremost about the lack of stress and progression at your own pace + a great community imo.
It is super fun for me, the best WoW version by far. Hence I play.

in any case you have to contend with the fact that some people do prefer wow classic around P1-P4. so there will be a call for fresh. again and again and again. whilst the 20 remaining era players one shot each other in WSG

So any suggestions? change the game to your liking? or add resilience? wait… why dont u play tbc/retail, classic was not ment for pvp, to begin with all u ppl complain about classic pvp u are all clueless back at 04 once classic have been released there was not even a pvp system, you could simply kill a player of enemy faction if u wanted to if u encounter him at world, classic was never build around pvp, get over it embrace it or play pvp based game!

Coz there is pleanty ppl says its ok based on what the game is… remember back at 04 was not ment for pvp based game, just blizzard did a favor to add pvp system for the pvp fans, to reward em for the effort wich in return became a nightmare for the most.
How much skill u need to pom/pyro anyway, or blink nova and arcane exp? As for coop you should look at your mirror/team… not game related issue.
Again and again and again tourists outcasted both from other expansions and retail come over to classic and ask for a fresh for another chance to play the game only yet again to be casted out and be left to dust. Its been twice already what makes you belive u gonna make any better at 3rd time o.0? Where u been at 19? where u been at 21? Where are you now… we cant divide community over and over coz a bunch of ppl are incapable to fit in a community and simply play the game…

Its pathetic really; I saw a Tauren warrior, for example, in green/blue stuff that got deleted during his charge by a shadowbolt+burn. comical to look at but also kinda sad thinking how much effort he put into the journey to get here and then the result
thats kinda my point. Generally you need to think about positioning relative to people, learn jumps to avoid dmg, need all roles etc. if you dont get it perfect you still have a fighting chance. The PoM pyros were a threat, but not an auto-delete
In >P4 pvp its just a one-shot fest. Your Pom-Pyro example is a good one. Another would be “elemental mastery, chain lighting, lighting bolt” - zero skill involved, 6k damage served. Or a rogue stun lock. Most warriors I meet dont use more than 3 buttons these days and so on.
Thats why i think damage scaling doesnt work well with new players in WSG. So not many will try it for longer. Takes too long to get competitive to a point where you can at least run around and help out
Why? I thought those two times were great. Just roll Classic until AQ, then fresh start. Lets see what the next season brings, it may well be the solution i am looking for. I have little interest in slowly moving to a everyone-in-Naxx BG state
Well u might enjoy that but 90% have bored of the “fresh-fresh-fresh-fresh” coz always ending up the same 4 weeks after dead…and ppl always complain for changes and then complain for the changes they wanted coz they realize they dont like em. Do whatever it will only be a negative impact to classic wow. All we want is 2k more ppl playing in pvp and pve realms and make it feel more lively, rather than complain for somethin else, and guess what complains only leave negative impression to ppl considering give era another chance, instead of bringing ppl together that way with complains asking fresh and saying gameplay is bad just only sooths ppl away. And also from what im reading based on ur post, your problem is the whole game, coz if u sum up all u have said is “pvp bad-pve bad- community bad- gameplay bad- no skill- no point to play” and im asking you again if u dislike it soo much how fresh gonna make u look at it with a positive view? Its just gonna be the same, or even worse with all tryhards wanna get ahead of the curve stomping casual, era is the most casual easy going chill friendly version of classic u will ever get to play with if u find this soo bad or whatever, imagine how hard ur fresh exp gonna be.
yes you keep asking and i keep telling you that i really like fresh server PVP until about AQ. so i will go for that if there is ever an option.
I suggest we leave it at that. I will just let you keep recruiting ppl to Era, theres nothing wrong with it. But you have been warned of the current state of BGs.
If anyone really wanted to promote ERA pvp they would make an alt and leave their R14 / Naxx rogues in the garage until the servers become full(er) i suppose
Nothing wrong with it, but if ppl wanna play main /hands up, still we just need more ppl and all gonna get better, with more ppl joining it will totally feel more like fresh and better with old and new ppl playing together and giving more life to the game, bgz gonna feel better and pve gonna have a better meaning, than just clearing mc for sulfaras and bwl for dft, but still the solution to the problem is the same as the solution that could be in fresh and this is “MOAR PPL!”, if we get that no need for more fresh or more realms thats what im trying to point out.
we agree on that objective but not on the means. You simply pretend it is fine, everyone who will join on the alli side currently and enters a WSG will simply rage quit after 5mins.
To give a more constructive view: I think Blizzard could help to preserve classic ERA simply by consolidating servers at this point. This would broaden the pool of players that are not P5+ equipped to a critical mass where you can have fun in the game for a while, perhaps waiting out the WotlK hype train.
I hope they get round to this eventually but i am not holding my breath

I don’t know from a technical stanpoint how difficult this would be. Still, it would be an ideal solution.
I am “FOR” merging all classic realms over the globe into 1 pvp/pve realm. Yet there is some elitist who refuse to play in ms above 30 and they think 150 ms is bad for classic even if there is a 400 ms delay implemented, at spells/abilities.
And limit us to 10 Characters?
I don’t mind the lagg, but I won’t EVER play in a PvP server. At least one of each, and I still think my Merge + tabs is a way better solution.
