You just kinda learn by doing the dungeons and thinking about what happens, a lot of ppl just turn the brain off and do the dungeon on autopilot and dont learn anything really
First of all the game hasnt been out 21 years so you can cut that bullcrap lol secondly just because you need weak auras to survive doesnt mean anybody else does so dont project your style and failings onto me, i can cope with out them just fine and don’t you think the fact you need to rely on them after playing the game for “21 years” means you arent that good of a player to begin with, hence the hand holding addons? To me the best player on wow is someone who uses 0 addons and relies on 100% skill and instincts.
Sorry to have to give you the reality check but deep down you know im right, take off the addon rose tinted glasses and really have a think about it. If not for my sake then for the starving kids in Africa…

Scoff all you want Pedro but if you are watching “The best” to try and get better instead of actively training your own brain through trial and error and practice then you are going to continuously suck at the game until you learn to improve.

Hello from 2003. A game with no talent trees, no hunters, where a dead druid remains in his shapeshift and can be skinned - where the world is full of “Guardians of Blizzard” - giant level ?? infernals who kill anybody who comes near. I remember Western Plaguelands being full of them and having no textures (completely green and plain)
I’m technically wrong though. Still a month or so short.
I’ve raided mythic as the raid leader and killed final bosses, I’ve seen one of my members advance into becoming a core raid member in Echo (guess what he uses? 
), I’ve been featured in PvP videos, I’ve played with AWC players.
I may not be what I once was, but I’ve been around the block and I’m telling you: You need weakauras. Everyone who wants to be good needs them. It’s just a fact. You can vilify me, scream at me, demean me, laugh at me all you want - I don’t care. You’re still wrong.
The survival isn’t the problem. It could be helped of course, but that’s not why I have WeakAuras.

Im usually not one to tell ppl to post on their main, but when someone is telling ppl they suck at the game cause they use wa’s and addons it would be nice to see what content said person actually play.
Yeah, I looked up that guy on multiple platforms, and it’s just a dummy account. I would love to see his mythic raid/mythic+ achievements, as he claims.

Addons are totally overrated and just makes ppl lazy.

Yes it does sometimes result in some gigachad telling me I should uninstall the game when I’m doing +2s on alts on new class / role…
Tried tanking for the first time… I pull mobs, it’s easy… I pull more mobs at once… Its doable… I pull packs + a big dude, the big dude bonks me back to Shadowlands and I learn “Okay, big guy hurts and requires big CDs” 
Yet more people with no apparent experience telling us that.
I really wanna take you seriously, I do. But I can’t.

I personally don’t use WA or DBM. It works for me as a tank. I learn the mob’s abilities and put marks appropriately. I hate it if someones auto marking overwrites mine.

i miss vanilla when cc’s and prio targets was needed in normal dungeons to not wipe… not this pull the whole dungeon BS we have now days, wow is turning in to an hack’n slash.
No i wont play classic cause it’s the kid friendly version of vanilla.
The current problem of TWW leveling dungeons is you get people with 350 ilvl and with 525 ilvl. There was a video flying around where some friends of 300 ilvl grouped up and queued for a leveling dungeon and had to go through like 10-15 healers because it was a wipe fest. It is actually really hard on that level.

Yeah im not buying what you’re selling you claim to have done all that and been there got the t-shirt yet you are still willing to die on that sword that i need weakauras, if you were that good and skilled you wudnt need them at all. Some specs do need WA’s to keep track of their whatever stacks or procs or buffs.

“Need” if it was needed it would be in the game and not required by an addon, but even then its stretching as there must be other none addon ways to keep track of things.
