Blizzard makes decisions, good or bad, according to what people in reddit/forums are yelling at. Sure its a metric, but a very unreliable one.

Looks like it isn’t for me, that’s true. A shame tho, I was looking forward to another start. I’ll stick to my era chars mostly then, for the closer-to-classic feeling.

The amount of people that hate the fact that tanks are finally gonna be able to play BGs is insane. If you dont want to switch specs, don’t. I main Prot Warrior for PvE and always hated switching talents. How is this QoL change bad?

Dual spec doesn’t mean costant free respec, it will still have some costs and limitations: it is very similar to having a 10g cap to the respec. We should have also asked for no mage boosting, it is the last thing we miss at this point

Thank you for the update, and a speedy one at that. My biggest and only question still remains however. What are your plans with the server?
A. Vanilla ------------> TBC ------------> shutdown?

B. Vanilla ------------> TBC ------------> WOTLK —> shutdown?
-------Optional exit--------> TBC-Era
.
C. Vanilla ------------> TBC ------------> WOTLK —> ?
-------Optional exits-------> TBC-Era------------> WOTLK-Era

D. Vanilla ------------> TBC ------------> WOTLK —> and onwards toward Retail
For me it’s a dealbreaker if we are going to loose everything after spending 2 years building our characters. I need to know that the characters are safe. I have lost everything before and I will not suffer that again.
Obviously option A. and D. is not for me.
The most attractive option for me is C. but I would take B. as well if thats all we can get.
