I really like the current gearing pace. Well done Blizzard.
thats what everybody wanted, less loot and thats a good thing, you shouldnt be able to gear full mythic 7 , 2 weeks into an expansion LOL. I love it personally and Im also angry when I dont get anything 4 times in a row (happend to me yesterday) but at least the loot is more rare this way
But its one item.
And most people will do LFR over normall untill tuning gets fixed.
Why should they not at least get 200 ilvl item per week>?
May as well play epic bg and get multiple 200 ilvl items a day…?
I’m enjoying the current pace of gearing. I do 2-4 M+ an evening and I’m usually getting a nice item / upgrade each evening.
I much prefer this to BFA, whereby everyone was decked out in M10 gear within 1 week. Within a few weeks, most people had bags overflowing with gear!
yes i do. you just failed to read what i wrote.
no, it isnt. My 3 melee chars is all the proof i need but, you go on with your little BS story.
Then you know very little of dungeons, and think that all MM hunters pump out good dmg. Let me tell you a secret, not all do. And there are plenty of good classes that have good dmg output. But if you wanna miss out on that then fine by me.
No, you don’t apparently. You completely didn’t understand that they literally, physically CAN’T trade me.
Then calm the frick down and read it again “you are only trade locked if the drop is higher then your current ilvl”
Oh this must be the reason why people with over 50 wins in rated BG have 190 average item level.
But that exactly means they can’t trade me until they outgear me very heavily. And also like I said - you are plate, you are in bad place, barely anyone plays plate, you are very unlikely to receive any gear from somebody else.
Ion stated it isnt overtuned… this is the new difficulty they want set for raiding. and LFR has been equalised to M+0 since Legion. lol, and well yeah… because Epic BGs take more brains to do then LFR lol.
a BG Requires Organisation, LFRs are basically faceroll Queuable content.
Oh sure, I am sure you didnt check caps…
Cause come jan 14th or so everyone who has honor will have free 200 ilvl gear.
a BG Requires Organisation, LFRs are basically faceroll Queuable content.
I dont think the last time I seen a more then 10 min AV was during the anniversaty…
Due to lag.
So yeah… very epic!
Its just rush rush last two towers defend those towards and kill boss.
The other one is rush docks, pressure, and win.
If you think a few ilvls is “heaily outgearing you” then you are simply wrong.
said no paladins (except you) or dks… you know thay are also among the top dps right?
You can still get rings, back, neck and trinkets from other classes that dosnt use plate.
Back from mythic chest 213, neck 220 from GV because it was only reasonable item. So only rings stay, and some trinkets.
I think alot of players forgot the orginal point of LFR, its to tell the expansions story to players who dont want to raid. thats its purpose. it was never ment to be a Progression system that WF/TF turned it into .
The game shouldnt be built to reward people for doing bottom 1% Content nor be Caterign to the top 1%… and the game doesnt do either. “Mythic tax” is a very real thing and they’re punished in their content in several ways.
the games Generally built to Reward people for doing Normal/Heroic Raiding and Mid level M+ keys effectively. which is trhe Casual Progression content.
its a MMORPG and Drastic ilevel jumps do more harm to the game then good, therefore LFR Cant just be a 16 ilevel Jump from M+0. as it leads to Normal and Heroic having to be that much higher in ilevel… which then M+ has to also be buffed.
If everythings buffed by the same ilevel being 194 or 200 doesnt matter, ur the equal distance from players above.
People wanted loot to mean something.
That something is:
- you got lucky and got gear
- you farmed your butt off
Gratz on your meaningful gear, just like there is a “meaningful choice” when choosing your covenant, which is:
- you do less dps if your preferred choice in aesthetic does not match the best dps covenant
a.k.a you’re either lucky, or you’re not.
With players like these supporting Blizz on stupid decisions, who needs enemies.
lots of People like the loot pacing and are defending that yes.
No ones defending the fact they’ve decided the Compensation for no loot to be 35 anima, thats the real problem in this situationn.
Back in the dayt when this was normal gearing speeds, the game had several things such as Valor caps and more, which enabled you to buy urself gear through earning the currency over time.
if M+ Instead was Rewarding a Currency that u could over time eventually buy Directly a piece you wanted, the situation wouldnt be even close to this dire.
thje problem is we’re getting a currency which feeds into optional Story content with 0 progression to our character at all.
so you are already pritty decked out with gear but want more… I think i see the pattern here.
Yeah, I’m so decked that I’m 187 by playing since release. My most valuable things came from Blizzard-helps-the-poor welfare.
tbh. after 6-8 years of having loot poured down the playerbases throat, its Quite a jump… so there was always gonna be a retaliation to this.
What matters to blizzard however will be which side of the argument the majority fall under.
Wait are you talking random or rated bg? If you are poker face telling people to wait for 2 months after the expansion starts in order to get 200 gear, you are wildly underestimating how bad the gear situation will become. But hey, it is just like saying “wait for world quest reward to get to normal level”.
