It’s not exactly the same, they are not an “official” game, achieving ranking there isn’t interesting for most people, streamers etc.

Now I didn’t mean to go into detail, it would be the dev’s job to figure out how to retain playerbase in such a game. It wouldn’t have to be a 1:1 copy either, just something that’d scratch the itch. Closest was Smite so far in a way, but it’s not their goal as a Moba.

The current focus are large scale battles with genre like battle royale so it doesn’t seem to be on the table indeed :slightly_smiling_face:

You can’t gain honor for the conquest quest in oribos if you’re fully honor capped. Good lord…
I’m now buying rank 1 items to equip and sell because of this stupid forced ceiling with gear levels and absolutely nothing to buy with honor.

This pvp system was designed entirely around PVE players casual pvp participation.

it will average out. The start of each tier is a loss for pvp gear though.

5 games in row got owned at 1900mmr against pve teams. Was not even close battles, that’s what get me frustrated.

What was wrong with wods pvp sytstem ? pvp gear increased in item level in pvp? Least thats what a remember

Actually they not promised that. If you can read behind the lines ION said that players doing all aspects of game(pve) in wow will have advantage …so its the opposite. Also all of the systems was transparent from beta it was obvious that pve will still superior for people that afent glads.

Have you ever saw how obsessed lfg dragonslayers are with Rio score? Imagine playing nonmeta dps with pvp gear and trying to found m+ group :clown_face:

Blizzard wants us to do pve content. Just like in BfA. Blizzard wants to get rid of pvp gear because they want pve players to pvp. It’s pure odd logic.

But I will never do a single m+ or raid again. I rather wanna getting deleted in another 5-sec stun in a bg and then I consider stopping my subscription and restart it when Blizzard changes their mind and attitude to the pvp segment.
