This sounds like a very bad idea at the moment. Now the horde rankers camping flight paths and dungeon entrances while waiting for their BG will just have a reason to kill the same players even more times than they already do. This change should either only be applied to battlegrounds or be delayed a few weeks until the most hard core rankers are done.

For the love of god, PLEASE do something about afks in alterac.
If you remove alliance pre-made, every single alterac will be 20 players AFK with 20 players wondering why they still play this game.
Premade in alterac is NOT the biggest issue with this bg. It’s AFK BOT.

We get loads of AFK / leeching players as well. Usually 5-10 per match. So it’s not just an Alliance problem.

While you have some, Since you also have queue time. players usualy play since they have to wait for alterac already.
On alliance it’s not rare to have more than halve the bg afk.
Yeah, it you can’t do it faster than a 20-40 man premade, nor can you stop a 20-40 man premade with a 5 man group 
Yeah I’m sure alliance are sooo salty that they won’t be forced to rank in AV anymore.

Dude WSG premades are even worst then AVs selection.
Blizzard should make premade vs premade only and not show anyone names inside BG

How about you get your head out of your beeeep and remove this 1.12 AV and put the original back in? So that rankers will go back to WSG, and we can have our mass battles in AV? Now THAT would have made sense

5-10? Have never seen below10 on ally side when i play a random AV game. Sad part is that alot of them are actual “rankers” who afk/leech to keep up while at school, work, sleep etc.

Actually, I find it a good idea. A group of 5 could make a difference in many games, but it would not be a certain loss to opponents. Never thought of that.
Honor, should not be “farmed”. It should be earned.
It’s amazing how many people have absolutely no clue about what the game is. Do you really think anyone gaf about “vanilla pvp”, “playing with friends” and all such bs? Once r13/r14 have their gear they quit AV altogether and for good. R10 for those who can’t be online 24/7. Once they have WSG exalted they quit that also. So much for pvp aside from node ganking.

Yeah - as well as a massive amount of people leeching. I see the same people leeching near fights on their mounts and never doing a thing.
I’m sorry but it’s sad to read this post. The way you put this forward as ‘improvements’ while these are simple and plain #CHANGES.
I really don’t understand why u went with 1.12 AV in the first place because this decision is the root cause of all the problems. Then I don’t understand why after the problems arrise NEW #CHANGES are being made instead of tackling the problem at the root of it.
I’m affraid I was right that Blizzard’s current staff doesn’t want Classic to succeed.
Let’s see what the result is going to be of these # CHANGES. If it’s good and the overal situation improves I will give them the benefit of the doubt one more time.
If it turns out even worse (which I think it will) this will be the end of my subscription.

Laugh so much bouta this change that makes cave start corpses to not be lootable.
So we can not farm zug zugs in a cave, but they can farm our crap pugs on graveyard, you even buffed their profit there.
Cave zugzugs - no honor, no loot.
GY alliance - buffed honor + loot. Ay lmao.
Anyway, gonna reroll to your favorable faction, since the main reason to not go there was not able to que with friends for AV, now its gone.
