The spawns should maybe be dynamic. It is ridiculus to think that the current rate of Black Lotus is enough. Not like flooding it or anything, just so people can see one in their lifetime.
I would prefer it if people just stopped wasting them on trivial content, but I wouldnât be outraged if mountain silversage and higher skill requirement herbs got a 0.1% or lower random chance to give one.
They said that at launch when we didnt see a decline in playerbase. That statement means nothing today since the population status in the realm list is relative, the pop status is compared to the server with the most current concurrent players. If your population status is high it means that it has slightly fewer players currently online than the server with the most amount of currently online players.
Letâs say firemaw has 1k players online, gehennas 800 , stonespine 500 and flamelash 100. Gehennaa will be high, stonespine medium and flametrash will be low.
Lets twist it, if one day firemaw has 8k players online gehennas will still be listed as high pop server despite having 7200 players less players online that day because it is compared to other servers at the time.

I picked all my 70+ black lotuses late at night or early in the morning.
This is the only way if you play at an overcrowded server.
It can be easily fixed by reducing the spawn rates drastically in the afternoons.

Kronos did it right. Severely increased number of possible spawn locations throughout all 4 zones. Made it impossible for all to be camped by bots or controlled by top guilds. Everyone had a fair shot at them.
Server: Skullflame Eu
Zone: Winterspring
Late at night/Early morning
spawn time: 65-70 minutes
People in the zone (total) : 8-10
Chance to see a black lotus: Fair
Afternoon/Peak hours
spawn time: 45-50 minutes
People in the zone (total) : 80-100
Chance to see a black lotus: Mathematically impossible
Is Skullflame overpopulated? Canât say Iâve ever heard of it before. Besides as a shield, that is.
It doesnât need to be overpopulated to have 80 people in winterspring what matters is how hardcore the farmers in your server are.
