A 4th season that has actual new content.
I would add Actual World Quests.
World Quests that appears in every zone and scale up to max level. Allowing players to engage in content all over. It has always annoyed me to see one of the biggest worlds in gaming, but 90% of it is just lying barren.
Just because we’re busy in the Dragon Isles, doesn’t mean the Razormane and Centaur aren’t still attacking Mulgore, the Murlocs are still terrorizing the people of Elwynn Forest and since the Shadowlands situation, we should be having some issues with an uncontrolled, frenzied Scourge.

1 round soloq into 3v3 arena with current 3v3 arena ruleset and soft algo that try match pug vs pug and team vs team. Yet we keep all contributing in same pool in same modes mmr.
Does a temporary ban system for ppl who quit m+ mid dungeon count as a feature?

I love this idea. This makes so much sense. In theory we dealt with that problem way back in classic but it’s not uncommon for enemies to resurface.
2 monitors, sound plays in background or wireless headphones! Nothing worse than having waited in a queue forever then sitting on the toilet you hear the queue pop and now you have a very important decision to make….
This is annoying, but can be unfairly punishing to some people .
For example, I know people with kids that suddenly needs to just stand up from the chair and go fix something else (often) .
Getting locked out of a content for that is messed up.
Seems like he should’t queue if he doesn’t have 40 min to play the game.
Is it fair to waste 40 minutes of other ppls time cause he has kids? Not saying he should be banned for having kids but maybe stick to heroics if he doesn’t have the time.

Well then, again i say, don’t queue m+ if there’s a chance you can waste 30 or 40 minutes of other ppls time. We don’t have to pay for that.
If it happens once you take a warning. If it happens constantly, eventually you’ll learn not to queue because in fact you don’t have the time for it.

You don’t lock people out of even trying a content because they might have a real life urgency, we don’t pay for that .

Not all quests we did in Classic, actually stopped the problems. We only halted them or had a temporary fix in some cases.
The Tauren starting area is a great example. In the Classic version, we were fighting off the Razormane invaders, and we launched a small assault into their territory to kill a lieutanent or two.
When we got the updated map with Cataclysm, we can see that the Razormane have acually won ground in that battle, their Vines now stretch further into Mulgore, they’ve managed to destroy some tauren tents and murder a few of the Classic NPCs.
I think it’s because I generally also look at WoW like a heavily scaled down version of the World of Warcraft, with important locations enlarged to make them stand out. Like a trip from Orgrimmar to Thunder Bluff, that’s not merely a 15min Zeppelin ride. That’s a multiple day journey. Especially because I think back to the Loading Screens in Warcraft 3, where their journey was described as “after days of travel.” while they’re crossing the Barrens, where they encounter the Tauren and Centaur at War.
And I have a feeling that Blizzard sadly often forgets to consider their world like that.

To be honest if I were that person I would not do M+ because I would not at all want to inconvenience people. Or I would do it with people I know to avoid any kind of misunderstanding.
If I do not know anyone I would make sure the party knew that an emergency could arise at any time which could result in depletion
