100% agree. This is beyond acceptable for a service which we pay monthly for. We can’t even play! The fact that individuals are still allowed to transfer onto the server, when it’s very clearly full, is beyond me. Poor management from Blizzard and I will be ending my subscription. I will NOT pay for a transfer and give Blizzard more money. Fix this or lose the revenue driving this product as we all know retail is not bringing in as much as it used to.
Same here, raid missed confirmed. Having to stay online all day blocking the server from others. This is unreasonable.
Fix it, please bump this thread more so we can get a blizzard employee to see this and take action, this is a BIG issue. Whole guild of 80+ people is planning on transfering, we didnt the first time and personally i dont to do it this time either.
Only thing we can do is call them, because they obviously don’t read the forums.

I rather have 30 min queue and a layered server then this Crap…
Have tried logging in for 5 hours straight now. Every 30 minutes or so I get a DC and I am back to the beginning of the queue.
No way these DC’s are unintentional.
I am paying for a product and I can’t even use it.

This is a nightmare, I’m not having fun anymore.
I’m always thinking : if I log out to spend time with my family or do housework, will I be able to play or join tonight’s raid ?
No, you can’t. You have to babysit your computer to make sure you don’t get randomly disconnected from the game and if you aren’t there in 3 minutes you go back to the end of the queue.
Imagine if Blizzard engaged with their customers to help solve this issue.

Ignoring customers is not the best way to do business.
You do you of course, but you will lose a lot of customers in the long run, if this is your strategy.
It is very unfortunate that you allowed people to transfer to firemaw after it was well full.
Now people have payed extra to transfer here, and can’t play.
On top of that, all of us who have been paying to play on this realm since release can not play the game either.
Please respond, the frustrations here on the forums is just the tip of the iceberg.
This in unplayable. Paying for A game where Im stuck in q 3-5 hours daily.

So, I am gonna write this small IRL example to make ppl understand how bad the situation is in Firemaw:
17:00 EET (Eastern European Time): I SMS the Govt requesting permission to go out for shopping groceries and essentials:
17:02 EET Govt texts back that I am approved to go out
17:10-18:00 EET Shopping
18:10 EET I am back at home and I queue up to Wow Classic Firemaw
00:01 EET (next day) I manage to log into the game

Layering is a lazy cheap cheat solution for them. I hope they can provide the better one.
