i still have not fixed hk lifetime kills
any news? another Wednesday and still no changes
It seems that there is no new news. I’m still missing exactly 65,524 HKs. Is it that difficult to fix or does no one just care? 13 days since the last update. Looks like it’s the latter…

I got a ticket responce few days ago , basicly they wrote they arent thinking about us at all . They are busy with D4 and retail and planing to do NOTHING in near future about this ! YO they arent responding to the forum they sent us to, which BTW IS A JOKE , and we expect them to do the job they are paid for ??? This is total BS 151 days playtime down the drain , my BLOOD BOILS EVERYTIME I LOG !!!

Yup still not fixed for anyone. It’s obvious the bluepost was just to calm us down.
They said it should be fixed within hours or days and now it’s been 2 weeks Already and nobody got it fixed. Really sad…
Should probably add the last response I got, it was a bit more uplifting (but that was also two weeks ago).
Game Master <snip> here and sorry about this situation with the HKs. However, customer service has no way to manually fix these issues from our side. The bug team is working on the fix though and the upcoming patch should update this for affected players.
The only thing we can suggest is to please be patient and keep an eye on the patch notes or that forum thread for any updates on the situation. Best wishes!

Theres a new development ! I just received a ticket responce that read " Sadly i dont have an update on a fix or even if a fix is possibles so you need to wait on a future hotfix update to see if they are possible . I do hope developers can correct the problem , but it may not be possible sadly " … I KNEW IT . This forum was a joke and it was just to calm us down for a bit till the things cooll off…
Slighty different topic but one char of mine has had 1 Dishonorable Kill displayed as if I had got it today but actually it’s been almost two weeks now when I accidently killed a low level peasant in the Alterac mountains.
I feel like I am stuck in “Groundhog Day” waking up to my DHK everday now. It’s most likely just a cosmetic issue but I would nevertheless cheer upon fixing this problem.
My guy, dishonorable kills never goes away. They stay permanent. As it has been since 2003.
Lifetime honorable kills where supposed to stay permanent too.
But yeah… no more it seems so here we are.
Me I lost nearly 200k kills.
I really don’t understand this response from Blizz. They should have daily backups of the servers, so it should definitely be possible for them to go back and check the HKs we had in the weeks prior to this bug.
I mean even if they can not check for everyone, they should be able to check everyone reporting this on the forums.

We should just STOP PAYING them . This was the last drop . Not willing to DO ANYTHING is a sign of INCOMPETENCE !

This was exactly what Nour decided to do: he refuses to pay them more money - that’s why he can’t post in this forum anymore. Luckily I’m still stupid enough to pay them and so I can still write here. He told me to encourage all of you to go public with this issue on reddit and other social media platforms. He also told me that you are allowed to use his youtube video as proof.
I think he is right: no sh1tstorm, no change. The pvp community is small, but we can at least try together to make our voices heard.
