Well said buddy.
Blizzard can reduce the server population by divide the current servers. Then another question raises: who shall move and who shall stay?
Everyone rolled on the server initially had different reasons: friends, families, guilds, etc. Everyone wants their friends, guild, community remain together, and doesn’t care about others’ breaking apart when server separated. How do you handle this?
Any solution proposed by some will be totally against by others. Thousands will complain just like you did. And what makes some players more important than others for Blizzard?
Faction caps or queue will not be implemented easily. You don’t like the current situation of world pvp. You have a choice to reroll on PvE to totally avoid and solve this problem, but you choose not to.
Instead, you want Blizzard to punish players that loves the current PvP servers and happened to choose a more popular faction with logging queue. Why would Blizzard just do that? What is the logic behind this?
Yeh all the trolls on this thread are the ones going round freely without being killed ganking any lone ali they see 50 times a day until the ali logs off.
And if you dare to complain about being ganked by them they just moan on the forums saying stuff like “how dare you complain about us ganking you 50 f*****g times making sure you cannot play the game, how dare you!” lol
The answer to that is easy, the one that offers the chance of more people playing for the least risk.
They wouldn’t ofc value one player over another, but a bulk of them is another question.
If there is a mass exodus of people then that wil just further steamroll the problem since the ones that leave will likely be the ones that are on the loosing side of the faction balance per server. This would also lead to more imbalance possibly.
It wouldn’t be a punishment to players who like the current PvP? It won’t last forever regardless. The question is what keeps more people playing and more importantly what makes the most people happy and having fun in the long term. Not your short sighted “but right now am having fun who cares if you are”.
Even if they leave it there is still the massive risk of Classic being faded into obscurity and then deemed a fun little project that proved how it doesn’t work today. Situations like this are not helping promote it’s longevity.

Please stop saying this… This doesn’t solve the issue. AS stated numerous times to you, We love pvp and dont mind being ganked etc, its the frequency we are complaining about brought on by the imbalance. Also moving from this server would make the problem of imbalance even worse. No more on this now please.
So you love pvp and don’t mind being ganked, you just don’t like to be ganked over and over again.
Then all those people that propose you to reroll on PvE is the people that gives you the most honest, realistic and best solution.
If your concern is about PvP server imbalance, then I am afraid there is no solution.
Cheers mate all the best.
I heard Earthshaker is the place to go for free transfers, maby try that. Decent amount of Alliance
That would be good for now but won’t that end up the same when everyone else moves there?
Well, there should be way more Alliance there than on Gandling
It’s the players choice given to them BY BLIZZARD.
Players didn’t design this. Blizzard did.
Players only had to make a choice and Blizzard made that choice obvious.
It is Blizzards fault ultimately.
The ganking will still be significantly less because you can’t queue anywhere. You either have to queue at the battleground entrance, or in a major city. Travelling to levelling zones certainly takes a long time.
That said, Winterspring and the Plaguelands arent far from cities, so they’ll see activity. But over here on Firemaw, the Winterspring ganking is mostly done by the Alliance anyway.
It makes sense, take a break and keep an eye on Classic to see if you want to come back after xmas.
you only need the leader to queue, so the rest can grind in the world. You can then rotate it between you as to who queues.
You end up by the NPC you queued from when the game ends, not where you were in the world. This means horde will either have hearthstone up or can run in to RFC to ghetto hearth between games.
Yeah the RFC trick is always nice. Straight back to Searing Gorge lol. Forgot about the port thing.
You really can’t seem to grasp the concept of healthy pvp and straight-up unplayable game. What is PvP when there’s no chance to fight back, ever, due to pop imbalance? You are most probably playing on majority faction and technically PvEing on a PvP server. I think you should be the one rolling on a PvE server. Real PvPers always love a challenge and are actually bumped with the current game state even if they are on the majority faction side. Your words are just ones of a pseudo-wanabe pvper.
If the only reason you love WoW is PvP then you love PvP not WoW, because World of Warcraft is a lot more then only PvP since it is not a MOBA or FPS game!
WoW Classic is an MMORPG.
I understand if for some people PvP is unplayable from their point of view right now, but if that is all WoW is for you then I think you should have choosed a MOBA or FPS game, those are about PvP above all.
Imbalance is not the problem, the problem is overpopulation. Place two kinds of fish in a way too small aquarium and one kind will aim to destroy the other.
All Blizzard needs to do is implement Vanilla population cap and give us intra server BGs - the balance will come naturally. But we’re in too deep for that, I’m afraid.
Yeah because whine posts like this never existed in classic. l2p.
