Horde can do premades through the same ways as alliance, literally
These are not real “premade” games, you can NOT make in advance (literally pre-made, made upfront) your team with which you enter the BG
You queue and requeue wait until your number is the same as your “friends”
You can do it on horde too, queues are different cause populations are different, so it’s obviously slower (and it is entirely your fault not Alliance’s or Blizzard’s)

Also if battlegrounds were fair then premades were matched with enemy premades. Nothing like this has ever happened, so screw your entire fairness argument

Technically blizzard made by not putting faction caps.
You realize Alliance PUGS (because of instant queues) are 50% AFK bots, 25% lvl 50s killing harpies and 25% random nubs farming mid.
There’s zero merit in beating AV alliance PUGs. If horde came in all lvl 51s in greens, they’d still win.
Blizzard is only partially responsible. Horde is fully responsible, clowns should realize you don’t do anything only because you are allowed to

So that Horde continues to cry these salty tears about Alliance premades, obviously. 
Clicking on the same BG instance is not exploiting by the terms of use.
But let’s not pretend that it is OK.
If you widen the meaning of ‘exploiting’ to ‘was not the original intention of the developers’ then you are right, AV premades can be considered exploiting.
However there are many things in the game that should be considered exploting as well. For example ganking low level zones with a raid of lvl60s is exploiting then, since it was obviously not the developer original concept to let few sociopaths make the game unplayable to hundreds of paying customers.
So yeah if #nochanges then keep AV instance numbers and allow ganking or fck #nochanges and remove AV instance numbers and ban gankers.
