Ofc - everything else would be non-TBC like. Unless you want yes another #somechanges TBC experience.
Waiting for ERA WotLK or some launch, I come from a year ago when I enjoyed Wrath, and when I returned, I saw Cataclysm coming. From what I’ve heard from friends, the world has changed, and I can’t enjoy the old quests and content. For me, it feels like the classic spirit has died. I gave ERA Classic a try but hope to see my paladin shine again in this expansion.
This obviously.
Also:
- No nerfs to dungeons.
- all attunements intact
start at 1 with no XP boost
gets my vote!
Start at 1 300% XP boost, 100% gold boost. skills at class trainer for free.
Mount: for 50g fast Mount 100g, flying Mount 150g.

If you want boosts and the easy game, why do you even play Classic?
If you want to level slow and boring game disable xp buff.
It is calling Playing the game. If you don’t like levelling? Fair enough - they are other games for you out there.
you are lucky to have 500 players on 1 server why do you want 2 xD
As I say. 1 server is A-OK if it is a PvE server. If you want PvP as well, make it 2.
This is the most stupid comment ever lol
I play the game my way ok?
If you want to play a game a way it’s not really meant to be played, you’ll have to be prepared for some trouble and rough spots along the way - same as we did when we began playing the No-death challenge back in 2012.
We already have 150% XP buff how do you know what is meant to be played and what not?
Wrong forum, then. We have no such buff in Classic Era.
Dude, **** off, dont ninja our thread. We want TBC, in all its glory, as it was at 2.4.3. If you have other requests, make your own thread.
I don’t think it’s a bad thing to want to additional feature, addition QoL, to TBC this time around without sacrificing the spirit of classic.
The best analogy i can think of is Tomb Raider, here me out. I am playing right now the remaster Tomb Raider 1-2-3 and the game offer classic tank control or modern control (with mouse to control the camera). I know there might be some purist out there saying classic Tomb raider with modern control is not Tomb Raider, but i played Tomb raider 1 when i was kid, and yet this time around i choose the modern control, it’s just much more enjoyable.
For TBC is the same, 2007 TBC was great but flawed. If the developers can add some hint of QoL feature without betraying the spirit, i’m all for it. For example, i think an effort should be made to make various spec playable, i would open some new way to play the expansion.
What if i wanted to play a marksman hunter, a rogue this is not combat, a frost mage without the bad feeling like i am handicapping myself.
What if dual spec exist, so DPS class could respec tank for an heroic dungeon, the community enjoys more tanks, and the DPS reduces his queue time.
What about a game feature like Bulletin Board? What is wrong with this?

All classes and speccs are playable, just not on the same level. If you want every specc to be able to be number 1 that´s your flaw.
This argument for dual specc has been made time and time again and it´s been proven wrong as many times if not more. People just don´t want to tank. There is still, to this day, a shortage of tanks despite dual spec being there for almost two whole expensions now. Let´s be real here. DPs are seldom good tanks and vice versa.
They added an LFG feature which was garbage. people continued to use bulletin board instead of the blizzard alternative. Don´t expect blizzard to do anything good.
TL:DR - just tbc as it is. No buffs, no nerfs, no additional Qol and no rmt/bots (as if)
Having fun in this day and age heavily depends on the people you play with. Nice and fun people or some degenerate parse monkeys?

Still, what would be wrong with tweaking a few number here and there, tuning some percentage so the specs are all closer in term of performance. I fail to see the negative in it. How would an honest effort at balancing specs betray your vision of classic?

This is true. I am not saying 100% of DPS will want to suddenly tank in dungeons, of course. But even if 5% of DPS that can respec to tank or heal do respec, that still is a win for the community, is it not? What would be the negative to dual spec? how would it break classic?

So make it better, don’t just scrap the idea. If people are still using Bulletin Board, that means it’s a feature that is needed.

There is nothing wrong with lower performing speccs to begin with.
There is simply no need to tweak less desirable speccs. This is a problem because players are butt hurt over something as trivial as dps/healing meters. Also, the “just tweak some numbers” has never been a good idea when it comes to blizzard. Just look at sod. That thing is a heaping pile of garbage when it comes to balance and probably the thing alltogether.

Trust me, a dps player would never have a tank OS, it would just be a different variant of his or her dps specc to fit different boss fights.

I don´t see the need to do anything further. Lfg chat and bulletin board are good enough. Both served me well in TBC.
People that want additional features added to vanilla/tbc just don´t really want to play said versions.
In your dreams old man, you will never see tbc coming back.
