I enjoy wsg a lot, but 95% of enjoyable matches are pug vs pug.
I am willing to take longer queues or lower rewards for a separate no premade queue.
In my experience most pugs hardly have any numbers above 2 or 3 from the same server.
It should be easy to make this happen.
I find it really game motivating breaking when people resort to no ress or going afk during group content, but on the other hand I find it completely understandable and would not expect them to do differently

A wide range of mental health conditions are classified under “mental disability”. I, myself, have mental health challenges and come under the disability criteria. I’ve met numerous people in life that also come under this criteria, and I can tell you they are more than capable of playing this game well or handing you your own butt back in pvp.
Next time you may want to refrain from targetting a select group of vulnerable adults to make your point. “Mental disability” is not synonomous with retardation and shouldn’t be used in the context you have used it in.
There are many of us with depression or anxiety/mood/personality disorders that play the game and we play it quite well. To use ‘mental disability’ in this context just looks bad and uninformed on the person using it.

Don’t worry, If you can’t handle the honor grind, you should not be entitlted to think you should get it. This sort of entitlement have done what we have today in Retail. Like Illidan say, if you are not prepared, you are not prepared. Accept you are a casual, it’s not an insult after all.
They’d have to make it so meaningless that people won’t choose that over premades to get ranks or “quick rep”. For it to be viable from a design PoV, it’d have to be unviable for getting rewards.

Because otherwise this quickly turns from “I want the matchmaking to be fun” to “I want the matchmaking to provide rewards to me in a more convenient way” instead.

It’s not an “American slur”, it’s a slur in English.
Its meaning can be translated to any language, the difference would be merely a social one. Norms are different in different regions, after all.

As mentioned already, if their objective is only to have fun, then they should have no problem with the rewards being removed. It’d remove the motivation to try any premade exploits, and it’d keep a level playing field. You can’t have a “solo queue” trivializing the rewards from the “real” queue, by making it easier to achieve.
It’d be like this new version of AV with this massive xrealm when it first came all over again. People cleared their rep grind the very first day. Wouldn’t have been possible with the old AV without xrealm.
In other words, it made the rewards easier to get, so it made people care less about when themselves and others achieved it.
Casual doesn’t have time to spend 18 hours / day in a game for 3 to 4 month in a row. The honor system with a goal of R14 is for hardcore player. Grinding honor doesn’t require skill, but being top #1 bracket require to be top WSG premade in your server, so you need to be skilled or you’ll be benched by better player.
PvP doesn’t exist anymore since BFA. There’s no PvP in Retail. I don’t know where you see PvP, RBG are dead, Warmode is a meme, and arena was killed by BFA. The skill is now to get your corruption BoE with BiS trait, using WoW Token or gold chinese shadow site. There’s a name to describe that : it’s a pay to win.
