What kind of advice? I am raiding at 21.50. I just found your rhetoric really obnoxious and decided to see you different sides of the situations, that would, maybe, help you become a better person to talk to through empathy. But since it didn’t help, decided to tell you the problem directly.

“Normal” as you put it is, atleast where I’m from, is working 07-16. How’s 3-4h not enough time for you to cook and eat dinner with family?
This is also just 1 day out of 7, the rest of the week you can do your 6h slow cook I you want.

becouse we eat at 20 or 19:30 at the earlierst, with all this free time (especially on morning shifts that start at 7 and ends at 13:40) i can go to the gym, park or just being home playing the game, i can come back home at 19-19:30, have dinner walking out mine dogs and be ready with no nousance when raid invites starts at 21…

Sure I will tell the kids dinner is going to be after their bed time. Makes total sense.
Dinner hours are pretty vague at the best of times (everyone has a different life to one another!) but safe to say different countries have different daily schedules. So unless your guild is comprised of people exclusively from the same country, the raid times will probably be unsuitable for some players. Whether you raid at 1800, 2000, or 2300.
Err, again, pretty much nobody sends their kids to sleep at 8 PM in Southern Europe. I mean, when they need to wake up at 7 AM or so, why would you? Even a kid at primary school doesn’t need to sleep more than 8 hours or so.

Lol, I’ve never sent to bed this early when I started having dinner with my family^^ As for the Scandinavian part, yeah that’s the main problem - it’s hard to find a server where the majority of people speak English and where there’s a healthy community of people from southern countries.
