You must be new to roleplay. I can enlighten you:
in roleplay there are 2 states. In character (IC) and out of character (OOC). OOC you do all the content that is not relevant to your character.
Raids, dungeons and so forth should generally be done OOC. Since IC will usually involve a group or an event of another player.
If this was a bait: it’s ok. Maybe a new player will stumble across this post and will ask the same question but with a serious intent. Since many new roleplayers are actually confused about the whole what they can do IC and OOC thing. 
I rate this bait around 1 out of 10. Low quality, I am disappointed.
